“A MUST go. As a veteran and parent to an active service member who was in the area during military training this place is a must go for all veterans or military members. The pizza is out of this world and probably top two of the best I’ve ever had in my life. The atmosphere is great and Johnny is a class act guy.“

“Wow! What a fantastic experience. First, I need to touch upon the fact that Rosa was absolutely incredible. I was the only one in the lounge on a Monday evening, and she took the best care of me. She explained everything about Kava and answered all my questions, she is clearly very educated on the root. She was such a doll. And then Josh came in for his shift and again, couldn't be more impressed! An intelligent, kind man whom I had great conversation.

The Kava itself was of the purest form and delicious. My favorite combo is the coconut cream and chai. I felt great drinking it.

The vibes were immaculate. So relaxing, great music. Comfortable seating. Can't wait to return.“

“First off I don’t ever spend time reviewing places that I have visited. With that being said, I had to leave a review because this place is an amazing local spot that had such a friendly and engaging staff. The drinks were phenomenal and the patrons were all super friendly local residents.
The place looks great inside but it makes sense because the new owners did a complete gut job to make it all brand new. Hope this place stays open for many years to come.“

“My wife and I were on vacation from AZ and visited this great dive bar three times. Everyone treated us like regulars and we fit right in. Bartenders and the patrons were all so welcoming and nice. “I happened to be in Huntington Beach for my dog and wanted to join other veterans and the places that celebrated us. I stumbled on 25 degrees. What a pleasure. The bartender couldn't have been any more of a delight. She even had them make a patty for my service dog. I met an amazing vet Darren and his lady Becca. Hi Becca and Darren. I think we are going to be great boat friends. I have a 17 foot Boston whaler a Montauk fishing boat and and need other fishermen/women to take it out. Looking forward to many days on the water. I will wear their sweatshirt with the pride I have for other veterans. Stop in and say hi. I wish I got the bartenders name. I will tell many. Love you forever!!!! Patriots“

It features pool tables, pinball machines, and soon will have Phoenix online dart boards where you can compete with players from around the world or from the bar next door. “The food and drinks are always fabulous but the service is honestly what keeps me coming back. Literally the best service I’ve had at any restaurant and I go to a lot of high end restaurants. The best part they always remember me but, honestly I think it’s because my very large brown and white standArd poodle who actually sits in the both with me. Either way I love the waitresses there all so sweet and friendly and, I really enjoy the food and drinks. It’s my Tuesday night go to.“

“We drove 2 hours to meet friends driving down from LA. We all thought it well worth the effort. Food was really good, from fish and chips, Mahi Mahi and Chioppino. I would definitely go there again.“
