“Great food, great waitstaff, and great atmosphere. The patio is such a nice environment to dine with large groups on a nice summer day. The sense of community is great, and many of the other guests I chatted with travel over an hour just to eat here. It's just that good of a place.

They have a band which plays karaoke on weekends. The music and musicians are great, and so many guests are eager to sing! The only thing I could ask for would be for the volume of speakers to be turned down slightly. For those who enjoy a calmer dining experience, the tables inside are a pleasure.“

The pizza is out of this world and probably top two of the best I’ve ever had in my life. The atmosphere is great and Johnny is a class act guy.“

“We had a wonderful experience at P10neer. The cocktail program is impressive—the twists on the classic Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and Espresso Martini were all hits. “Living in the boonies of San Diego Co has benefits…(no traffic jams)…but few awesome perks…(like Tiki bars!!) Luckily the gods aligned, in Orange Co, and our last stop was the Stowaway. Intriguing, dark-painted, one small door marked the front of a strip-mall establishment… hmmm…sorta scary…but not really!! But there were two of us, and we had researched this place…so… The doorman looked at us, said a few things and unlocked a chain. We walked through curtains into the darkest bar I had ever been in, and shuffled toward the green lit bar…which turned red, then blue. The girl bartender handed us a card which we couldn’t read…it was really dark inside. From the shadows, up walked a bearded guy wearing a black shirt with hibiscus’s, smiled, extended his hand and said, “Hi, I’m “WILL”…can I explain anything to you? We had lots of questions…about drinks, Tiki ceramics, glassware, appetizers…and WILL cheerfully explained everything…He was fun, cheery, smart, and So Nice!! He brought us amazing drinks (a Tropical Margarita, a Cococano and totally fun ceramic sculptures from which to drink…an Angler Zombie Fish with a light, and Carved Volcano mug that had a flame show-by WILL, included!! Awesome!!) Totally wonderful décor…lights, bamboo furniture, comfy stools, the Skull Cave and waterfall, starry night ceiling, cool pool tables with lotsa room around them…everything thought through perfectly!!! We are definitely going back…VERY soon!!!! Thanks so much for everything, WILL!!“

Truly feels like a second home (with a lot more booze- lol) If you get to meet the bartender Kat you’re in for the best time. I’ve adored her since the minute she started there. I haven’t seen her as much lately- hope that changes. Other than that, this place is truly the best local bar in Orange County.“

“They have great food and a fantastic venue to listen to quality musicians! I was there last night with my husband. We got to hear Kenny Metcalf perform Elton John’s Deep Cuts. It was SO good! Kenny Metcalf performed songs I have only heard on Elton John’s albums. I’m so delighted I got to see this particular show!! WOW! It was off the charts musically and Kenny is such a talented singer and musician. When I closed my eyes I thought Elton was singing. The band was amazing too. That guitar player that I don’t remember his name, played a few solo guitar riffs that had everyone in the room clapping. The sold out venue was electric with the sound of Elton John’s deep cuts that I would never have heard live. So amazingly well done!!!! I left with a big smile on my face. I’m going to tell all my friends about Campus Jax….“

“My wife and I love this place! It's tucked into a corner of the strip mall and attached to a number of food options. It's windows are usually open so it's a great stop on a nice afternoon. Omar is an upbeat, fun bartender with creative drink ideas and a joy to hang with. Good music, nice vibes and a cherished secret in a sea of corporate offices.“

“First off I don’t ever spend time reviewing places that I have visited. With that being said, I had to leave a review because this place is an amazing local spot that had such a friendly and engaging staff. The drinks were phenomenal and the patrons were all super friendly local residents.
The place looks great inside but it makes sense because the new owners did a complete gut job to make it all brand new. Hope this place stays open for many years to come.“

“A strip mall bar, that is exactly what it should be. Locals at the bar, cheap drinks and a jukebox playing. Will return for the drink prices alone and I'll stay for the good vibes.

“It was my first time here, and the quality of the drinks, food, service, and prices all blew me away. The bartender was so friendly, made my drink perfectly, and she was running the whole bar and seating area without breaking a sweat. You can tell they use fresh garlic and parsley for their garlic fries, and a 50 cent pool game is the lowest I've ever seen. It seems like a great local spot, I was surprised how full it was for a Monday night. I 100% want to come back here the next time I'm staying in town. :)“

So they have had more than enough time to perfect their recipes and hand them down to whoever comes along into the kitchen to cook them up next! The vibe is great! With big big puck and roll dark red and green booths for two or four or more. And Mary was decor to go with it-- including some plaster parrots up on perches! Their food is terrific. The vibe is marvelous and a throwback to another era! If you're not looking for fancy schmancy-- but solid, tasty, more traditional Mexican meals.. this is the place for you! “Wow! What a fantastic experience. First, I need to touch upon the fact that Rosa was absolutely incredible. I was the only one in the lounge on a Monday evening, and she took the best care of me. She explained everything about Kava and answered all my questions, she is clearly very educated on the root. She was such a doll. And then Josh came in for his shift and again, couldn't be more impressed! An intelligent, kind man whom I had great conversation.

The Kava itself was of the purest form and delicious. My favorite combo is the coconut cream and chai. I felt great drinking it.

The vibes were immaculate. So relaxing, great music. Comfortable seating. Can't wait to return.“

“I have coming to this location for about a year now and have had the privileged to me most of all of the bartenders and to be honest I sometimes only stop by to grab food .. my fave is bacon wrapped hot dog , it’s loaded and so yummy. Also, all the finger foods are amazing and I’m able take home to indulge during my movie nights at home. One last thing - Amanda the bartender is one of my favs she’s so nice and even with a full bar she makes you feel like you’re the only one there giving you all the attention.“
