“This is my favorite Japanese bakery in Fountain Valley! The lines are pretty long on the weekends but totally worth the wait. Their avocado turkey sando, katsu sando and niku pan are really good options for a quick lunch. They also have very scrumptious cakes by the slice here. Their cream puffs sell out easily on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This location is newer than the Tustin one, good lighting and clean tables. Staff here is very friendly.“
“Her chocolate chip cookies are amazing! I don't know what it is but I keep coming back! I had a craving for warm cookies and surprisingly Rochard's Cookie Jar popped up! I love them. Order them a few dozens at a time for events! Can't beat the price too! Love them.“
“7 Leaves cafe combined with Crema Cafe? Just the killer combo. All of the drinks, varying from the House Coffee to the Herbal Tea from 7 leaves, and combining it with Truffle Mushroom Omelettes all the way through to Beef stew! The food was DELIGHTFUL, and just one bite can make your insides melt. Every bite you take, you know that the chef made it from the heart. The drinks are also AMAZING. The drinks are always refreshing, satisfying your thirst with flavor. With each sip, you can taste the freshness in the drink. The naturalness make the drink pop with flavor. The waiters and cashiers are VERY kind, helping you with almost anything you need! The atmosphere of Artisan is very peaceful and tranquil, with greenery flourishing around the building. The outdoor seating is a bonus! Umbrellas and trees provide shade in the outdoor seating, with speakers playing easy going music while you are enjoying your meal! The moment you step inside the store, an amazing aroma floats around the room, combining many different dishes and drinks! The interior of the store is a easy navigating place. Plenty of room to sit at and is an amazing place to study! The restroom are very clean, with a nice aroma around the restroom. Not a smell you usually expect to see in a restroom!I totally recommend Artisan. If you are looking for somewhere to hang out, study, or just have a good brunch, this is the place to go! It is a hidden gem barely noticeable, but once found, is an amazing treat!“
“Easy parking, quick service, nice conversation. Got the egg tart, cheese ensaymada, and horchata latte Egg tart: delicious! But wish it was warmed like the first time I ever visited a shop. Cheese ensaymada: soft, buttery, sweet, savory. Don't forget to ask for it warmed! Was amazing with coffee Horchata latte (hot): a little too sweet for me and not enough horchata flavor, I think the iced strawberry horchata was better“
“I am sensitive to gluten, dairy, eggs and try to stay away from soy. When I saw this place I couldn't believe my eyes. When I ate their sweets I couldn't believe my taste buds. Omg! Sooo good! That said, it's hit or miss depending on what you buy. The raspberry & chocolate roll cake was fantastic. Loved the cookie with sprinkles too. The brownie with cookie dough was not my favorite. Once you find your favorites I'm sure you'll be a forever devoted customer. Enjoy your sensitive sweets!“
“2.24.24 My girlfriend handled our friend bday cake for her birthday celebration last night. She mentioned how good it was and she's right. So delicious yummy & not sweet at all. The cake is sponge style and the frosting/icing on cake is like whipped & airy. The fillings is one layer mango fruit filling and the other is pudding. The birthday girl was really happy. Great to enjoy it with coffee or tea. Definitely complete the birthday celebration. The box it comes with is really nice. It's like a gift box style and tied w a ribbon to shut the cake box lid.“
“Our server Jerri B. was amazing! She took the time to get to personally know us. The food was great, wait times were almost zero, and the atmosphere of the place made us all feel at home. Best food place EVER!! I highly recommend this to everyone I know.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options, but not that much. It’s really good food though. Worth it.Dietary restrictions: Not many dietary restrictions. Need to be added.Parking: Right in front of door mostly, lots of spots, and easy to find spots. Amazing parking!Kid-friendliness: The service was incredible! All the kids were treated so well. Coming back guaranteed.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps were all over. There were a few wheelchair users eating near us. Amazing wheelchair service.“
“A Portuguese bakery in Fountain Valley! From what I can tell, they recently relocated from Artesia to Fountain Valley in 2023. It is located in a strip shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I came on a Friday afternoon and there was no line. It looked like they may still be in transition because besides a small display case, there was no menu, prices, or descriptions of items. This being my first time, it wasn't entirely helpful, so you may have to ask if you don't know what you are looking for. It would be nice to be able to clearly see all of their offerings and prices. The inside was a little bare so seats/tables would also be nice. I opted for their signature egg tart (according to their website called their Queijada de Nata). One egg tart is $5, half dozen for $15, and dozen for $25. One egg tart for $5 is a little steep, so you are way better off ordering more and sharing. The egg tart aesthetically looked amazing. Flavor-wise, it was definitely solid. Rich, creamy, and light. I would put it on par with the egg tarts at Paderia, which I think are $3.25 each. Overall would love to come back and try their other products when they have them available. Worth a try if you want something different than Paderia.“
“So ridiculously good, the custards and bread are insane. I'm glad I don't live closer or I'd be in trouble. They keep consistently impressing me even though they have expanded so much they have managed to keep amazing quality time and time again“
“I love being able to give our local stores business. Yong's has been there since I was a kid. When I have events for work and donuts are called for they never disappoint. I have called them at 5 am and they don't blink an eye with my large order for pick up an hour later. Nothing better then an old school donut! They are amazing!“
“This was my first time dining in after getting takeout a number of times. The spring rolls are definitely the stars here and are always fantastic! It's nice to order a few and share at the table. The shrimp and eggplant are my favorites. The main dishes are good as well and on par with some of my favorite Vietnamese places in the area. The deserts/pastries are a bit of a let down and I would save desert for another place. The macaroons were on the dry side and the macarons were too sweet for me.Service was friendly and informative.“
