“I came down for the weekend from Bay Area to see family and found this lovely bakery. I have lived in some major food hubs but this is the best Olive Bread I have ever tasted!!! It was so fresh and they do not skimp on the olives like some bakeries. The staff was also quite welcoming. Please open a shop in the East Bay!!“

“I live two blocks away and this bakery has single-handedly destroyed my self-control in the BEST way possible. The brownie bites (pandan, strawberry, ube-Oreo) are life-changing. I buy a box thinking “I’ll save some for later” and then 45 minutes later they’re gone and I’m happier than I’ve ever been.
These brownies are pure joy. Serotonin in dessert form. When they closed for a week after the holidays, I experienced real emotional damage.

I would take a master class, but honestly it’s safer for society if I don’t learn because I would simply become a brownie.

Only thing ill say is the patio is not good for large parties so if you intend to dine in, the seating there it ideal for parties of 2 or 4.“

We indulged in a variety of items, including almond croissant, cinnamon croissant, chicken sandwich, eclair, cream cheese guava strudels, chicken croquettes, spinach puff pastry, biscuits, chicken empanadas, and wheat bread.

The biscuits were a standout, filled with gooey caramel and chocolate. The eclair was a melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece. Every bite was a blissful experience, thanks to the freshly baked, warm pastries.

While the chicken sandwich was a bit of a letdown compared to the other pastries, it was still enjoyable. Overall, this bakery offers an amazing experience and is definitely worth a visit.“

“Such a great find! The egg salad sandwich was very reasonably priced and tasted super fresh, honestly really good. We also tried one of their strawberry cakes and loved it. It wasn’t overly sweet at all, tasted incredibly fresh, and was loaded with strawberries. What really surprised me was the price, almost half of what you’d pay at Paris Baguette or Tous Les Jours for the same quality (if not better). All of the pastries tasted homemade, fresh, and perfectly balanced, not overly sugary. Definitely coming back!“

He let me know that they were out of bananas and asked if I wanted to replace them with chocolate chip banana bread. That banana bread was so soft, spongy, and delicious. This is our go-to place for desserts.“

Carrot cake cupcake had a strange flavor and was dry; cinnamon roll was also on the drier side. Chocolate cake was good, much better heated up! Would go back to try other things.“

reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.“

“This little bakery is in the same plaza as ABC Supermarket, near the Bank of America location. I didn’t really notice it at first, but one day I walked in and realized it’s basically a mini heaven for Vietnamese desserts.

They’ve got a lot of bánh cốm, bánh xu xê, xôi gấc đậu xanh, bánh bông lan trứng muối… I’ve tried a few things already and yeah, I keep coming back. Everything tastes good and the prices are very reasonable, so it’s easy to just grab a few things without overthinking.

The lady who runs the place is older and super sweet. It really feels like a small local spot.

They also have a bunch of snacks and little things to pick from, not just desserts.

I usually grab bánh patê sô here to bring to work for breakfast with coffee  pretty solid and convenient.

Parking has been easy for me, I’ve always been able to find a spot whenever I come.

It’s one of those spots I kinda randomly found but now just stop by whenever I’m in the area.“

“My husband and I had sweet traders provide a small cutting cake and dessert station for our wedding of 160+ guests. Working with them was extremely simple and the desserts were amazing! We did a quick cake tasting to pick our small cake and were able to taste some of the desserts for our dessert station. They had a ton of options, so it was hard to narrow it down because they were all so good! I received so many compliments about the dessert on our wedding day and they portioned everything really well. We even had some left overs which we were able to share with family and bring home after the wedding! We were also able to rent a cake stand, dessert stands and were are so glad we did because the arrangements were beautifully displayed and we didn’t even have to think about it on our wedding day. Sweet Traders even includes an anniversary cake and we are so looking forward to it next year! I couldn’t recommend Sweet Traders more and know that you will be in the best hands. “We came in for Mother’s Day and even while we were still in line, we were immediately greeted with a bright “Happy Mother’s Day!” since I was there with my mom. That simple gesture instantly made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

The service was friendly and efficient, and everything felt well organized even with people waiting. The baked goods were fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care—plus the presentation and packaging showed real attention to detail, which made it perfect for a Mother’s Day treat.

“A normal corner donut shop. I decided to try it out. Overall satisfied. Service was great. I ordered half a dozen donuts and got an extra for free ?? Giving it 5 stars because it is what you'd expect and the prices were decent~ Would come back for the donuts. Didn't mind my sausage, egg, and croissant sandwich. The blended mocha was yummy too. I do want to try one of their smoothies next time. Total cost for 1/2 dozen donuts, two blended mochas, and a #7 was about $21 if I'm not mistaken. So yeah, hella worth the price.“
