It’s been a while since I had a WOW that’s some excellent coffee but I found it. Flat White Coffee is in an L Shape shopping center at Lincoln Ave & Moody St in Cypress. Not far from Knott’s Berry Farm & Disneyland. I had a Cortado (espresso Colombia Ethiopia blend) with their breakfast croissant made onsite. Reviewing as an espresso nut.This place should be nationally recognized... At tier 2.You will be enjoying beans from Onyx, one of the best roasters nationwide.That said, after touring 8 of the top coffee shops in NYC, you could make a few changes to be just as good as any of those places.- improve the seating furniture and decor (I recognize the cheapest possible media console from Amazon)- serve soda water with espresso

Great coffee shop, good coffee. I got a pour over of their Kenyan blend. Was very good. Will return to try their other drinks. Few seating options but given the size of the space, it's understandable. The staff was very friendly as well.
