“Hiyori Sushi restaurant is a hidden gem in Cypress, CA. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly. I tried the Medium Live Sashimi set, and I was extremely satisfied with the numerous side dishes that came with the sashimi. I definitely have to try Tuna special next time”

“This place is definitely worth trying. Everything is great, from the quick service to the atmosphere and prices. It isn’t cheap but reasonably priced. The food is amazing. We had sushi and tuna sashimi. Forgot to take a picture of the sashimi but trust me it was delicious. Melted in my mouth.

Likely will be back with a group of drinking buddies (whom I've never gone out with). ;)”

“Loved this hotel. Staff were courtesy, always helpful and the hotel (both in and outside) were being cleaned nonstop. The only downfall of this stay were the rude guests who were there and the nonstop partying they were having at the pool. My recommendation to the hotel: shift the pool hours from 10-10pm to 9am - 9pm. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 9pm, but when you have a pool open until 10pm, you invited unruly guests to stay there until 10pm. Staff tried to quiet them down, but to no avail. Again, not the fault of the hotel for having rude guests, but there is a solutions to prevent this from happening again. Future guests - do NOT stay at a ground level room next to the pool if are an early go to bed type of have young kids whose bedtime is at 730pm (like mine are). I recommend staying far away from the pool as possible just in case you have the same rude crowd I did during Labor Day weekend. I still give this hotel five stars though!!”

“OMG WTF!! First time and what an amazing food-gasm. I met up with my daughter for lunch and she ordered the honey garlic and extra sweet/spicy. I've been to many KFC (Korean Fried Chix)places and this would be in my top three. The crunch, OMG the crunch!! Then the flavor. You need to call 911 because my taste buds have just been assaulted. So if your in the area and in the mood for some 'OH SO Amazing KFC', this is a must for your crav'n.”

“Their hot white chocolate mocha with oat milk was pretty good to me. My friend ordered a hot flat white and she enjoyed her drink too. I'm glad the coffee wasn't acidic, so we definitely felt this place is good.

Parking was a bit of a challenge because it's a Sunday late morning I think. The shop is small but clean.

I highly recommend ordering throuo the clover app though if possible to be efficient.

I am unsure of the customer service since my experience was when I was there was that I handed my drinks from the barista so I can't really speak on how welcoming or not the crew is if one orders at the cash register.”

“Even though this place is located right across from Forest Lawn, this place is super cute! Love the simple and clean look. My husband and I couldn't decide so we ordered 3 entrees. Lol! We had the Ham and Cheese Croissant, the Katsu, and the Avocado Toast. I love that the croissant on the sandwich was soft and flaky, but also had some sort of honey glazed on top. It complemented the ham really well. My husband also enjoyed how simple the avocado toast was with the ricotta. It was nice to have salad sides for both options, especially nutrient dense salads like arugula salad and spring salad. The katsu was nice and crispy, however, we were stuffed so we had to take it to go. It was still delicious hours laters. As for drinks, my husband couldn't decide between the Oat Black Sesame Latte or Iced Biscoff latte. The Iced Biscoff Latte was good, but he enjoyed the Black Sesame Latte better. I loved my Iced Strawberry Matcha. They also have pastries and goodies available for purchase. There's plenty of seating and space between each table to where it's not claustrophobic. There's a bathroom available for customers. I would definitely love to come back. My husband and I really enjoyed this spot!”

I added their mayo sauce and spicy sauce. It was delicious. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Good costumer service. She brought the food to our table. Short wait time for food to come out and not crowded. Clean and organized atmosphere. A moderate amount of seating. Medium sized parking lot. Cypress College students get a free small drink with a bowl or plate purchase.”

“My friend Ale and I were on Thursday, July 27 at JOE'S GURMET SANDWICHES. The quality of the ingredients that make up the food prepared in these sandwiches are the most delicious. It was a pleasure to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients in each bite. We were there for a long time waiting for a phone call after eating, The number of customers who came to consume the delicious food, only confirmed to me how successful this place . My friend and I were able to observe how excitedly some customers gave hugs and affection to Mr. Joe during their visit there. That is another sign clients feel at home like family, just how we felt. Mr Joe and Amanda, thank you very much for being so warm to us, professional, kind and making us feel safe in your place. We were also allowed to play a very fun table game while we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere what is breathed there . Mr. Joe, Ale and I send her a warm hug in advance for her birthday. “I am an a corn dog fanatic! They have a unique variety of corn dog styled treats. You can choose from your choice of batter style and seasoning to the core filling. Half cheese half hotdog, all hot dog, all cheese, potato topped, flaming hot cheeto, or plain ol american style. I got the Korean style, rolled in sugar and topped with mustard and ketchup; Sweat and savory! My daughter got all cheese filled with cheeto topping. Reasonable prices, 10.99 for a corn dog, side, and drink. A single corn dog of any type is around 4.99. Sides unclude seasoned fries, kimchi fries, or seasoned corn on the cob. They also have a variety of slushies and soft drink. My daughter and I will be visiting again to try out their diffrent styled corn dogs.”

“I tried the coffee milk tea 50% sweet, and it was the BEST coffee milk tea I've had. Even at 100% sweet I think it would still be a good amount of sweetness and not too overpowering. It was honestly really good and I would definitely get it a hundred more times.The one thing though is that they are a bit on the pricey side, almost $7 if you get it with a topping. That's definitely the upper limit I've seen, different places range from $4.50 - $7. But it seems worth it here.”

“Eaten at Chaba twice and it’s been a very good experience. The curry and rice is very tasty when mixed together and good quality. I highly recommend mild spicy as even the medium is pretty hot. The Fried Wontons were pretty good as well as the Thai Cold Coffee. The Customer service is excellent. You definitely get bang for the buck when it comes to lunch price. If I had one recommendation for improvement is the restaurants is a little dated and could use an upgrade inside.”

“The first time here, the service was great, better than any other place I've ever been. They were so attentive and always made sure we were doing ok. The food was amazing, tasted so good, fresh, and so much better than going to an IHOP/Dennys/Norms. I don't live around the area, but we will be driving back down in the near future because it was worth it.”

“Mexican restaurant located right across the entrance to Cypress College, on Valley View and Lakeshore Dr., in northern Orange County.

It's an "everyday", no-frill restaurant, nothing fancy, and prices reflect that. But it seems to be fairly popular in the area, and that's always a good sign. It's clean, the service is very good, prompt, and corteous. The menu is quite extensive, going way beyond the usual tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. You'll find things like menudo and posole, which is always a good sign of a more "authentic" Mexican restaurant. Oddly enough, they also serve burgers. If you dine in, you'll get a complimentary basket of tortilla chips with bean paste. There's a self-service salsa bar. The assortment is decent, but the variety is limited. Most importantly, if you don't like spicy, your only choice is the salsa verde.

The food is good. Not spectacular, but definitely above average for this type of restaurant. I had the chicken burrito, my wife had the fish plate (tilapia, of course...) The burrito had a slightly toasted tortilla, which is something I appreciate. The meat was good and tasty. We also tried a side of guacamole. Home-made, no doubt, and pretty good, although we've definitely had better.

Overall, it's a solid choice if you're in the area and craving for fast Mexican food.”

The server provided a narrative for each plate. The total time for this great selected omakase was 1.5 hours. The ambiance was lively, and the servers were polite, friendly, and prompt. It's definitely a recommended restaurant!”

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces right in the front. A few 15 minute spaces to if you're on the go.”

I get a clean seat every time I go if it’s not clean they will clean it. Restrooms are a hit n miss but if you tell them they will gladly get it fixed it for you with no pullback or like you are bothering them”

Smiling workers and saying hello when you get to the counter. You don’t have to bus your table but it’s nice we did since the trash and all our right before you exit and we know it helps them out. Go try them out. You wont be disappointed”

“This is a great place to eat if you like seafood. They do have some chicken options if not everyone likes fish or shrimp. I would recommend getting the garlic sauce and the dynamite sauce. Their premium sides are also delicious. Their brussel sprouts are good as well as their corn. The rice is also good but you need to mix it with the food. I really enjoyed this place and would return to try different items.”
