This particular Starbucks is the worst!!! They took my custom order ... made it wrong TWICE...and then told me I ordered it wrong 🤣🤣🤣 incompetency at its finest! Oh, and don’t tell me I should have spoken to Manager ... she’s the one who took order and also the one who said “I ORDERED IT WRONG!”

Service is fast, with no wait longer than a reasonable time, even when busy. The team leads with care and integrity. One customer had an online order, and an employee informed them that a drink had to be remade after another customer brought it back, showing honesty when they could have said nothing. Another staff member, Gerry, helped a customer who called because they messed up and were going to miss an appointment. The customer thought they would lose the stars they used, but Gerry said, "Don't worry, we've got you come when you can, and we will make it for you again." The owner is blessed to have such an amazing staff. Customers love and trust this store, and it is now a go-to Starbucks. Visitors are encouraged to get their Starbucks there and will not be disappointed.
