“We usually celebrate moms dad, birthdays.Today was no different. My sons came from Arcadia as well as Santa MonicaBoth were blown away on how great it wasWill be back”
“I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ron, at a nonprofit event where Teofilo had a booth. While I initially was drawn in by the aroma, I lingered to hear the story of his business and the history of Filipino coffee, which added depth to the experience. The bold, unique flavor of their coffee sets them apart from chain coffee shops, leaving a memorable impression that ensures future visits whenever I'm in the area. Teofilo is not just a coffee shop; it's a cultural journey with each sip.”
“Nicks deli is amazing. Nick I hope you see this because you sir are amazing. You have hired the greatest staff I have ever seen at a restaurant. Every time I am in there I am treated like a friend. You have the best customer service. And you have amazing food. Your breakfast burrito is awesome it's so good it's what I get every time. I have been wanting to try the green chili pork burrito for years and I finally tried this week and it's soooo good. I have been going here for years. Thank you Nick and Staff!”
“It's been a few years since we'd been here...why??!!! It was so great. Both the panang curry and yellow chicken curry are so flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Beautiful presentation as well! Kind customer service. Will be back soon!”
“Great food, above average price. I got a wet burrito, chips and guacamole for $27.86, no drink. $9 of that was chips and guac, kinda wild, they were fine. I thought that was pretty high for this meal. In its defense it’s very tasty, but not unique. I can see why this place is popular. Tomatillo sauce is very good, not hot whatsoever despite it being labeled as spicy, still worth trying. The nachos I also tried but not pictured, they were honestly a bit of a let down. Maybe I didn’t get them fresh but they aren’t bad, but not as amazing as I’ve heard raved about. Overall I was satisfied with my meal.”
“Pasty Kitchen is One of my All time Favorite places to grab a quick delicious Meal. HOWEVER, I have a problem with a young male employee of Pasty Kitchen who is usually stationed at the order counter. He takes the orders handling dirty cash money and then without washing his hands or using the sanitizer (that is usually sitting on the service counter) he proceeds to prepare the orders and touches the ladle to pour gravy in the small gravy cups, he touches the rim of the cups as he is filling the cups with gravy. if customer orders a cookie, the young man handles the wax paper to acquire the cookie with unwashed hands, and then he proceeds to the pie oven and places the pies in the pie wrapping paper with unwashed hands that he handled filthy cash money with (everyone knows how dirty money is after it has been passed from person to person!) And when I confronted the young man about his unkosher practices he ignored me and acted as if he couldn't care less about what I was saying! So let the buyer beware at Pasty Kitchen!!!”
“The menu is somewhat eclectic and unusual for this type of place, which is great. I had the chicken fried steak on my first visit and found the breading to be too thin, oily, and not at all crispy. The next time I came I had a steak - boy it was really salty. But I swear I like this place. The service is always top notch, the breads are unusual, the beer list is surprisingly capable, and the patio is gorgeous.”
“One of our go-to places when I'm in town. Decent selection of beers, food is decent, service is good.Parking: Depending on how busy it is, you might be searching for a while for a parking spot. That's about the only downside to this place.”
“This place is an awesome little find. Good place to have a quiet drink and the food is amazing. I didn't know you could come here since it's located on the base - but anyone can come in and go to the pub. I love this place.”
“In my never-ending quest to find the best fried zucchini in Orange County, I took my daughter here for lunch when she only had school for a half day. I got the double cheeseburger and it was good. The fried zucchini had the crispiest crunchiest outside of any that I've ever had and it was also good (this is the first time that my daughter actually enjoyed any zucchini that I've had.) she got chili cheese fries and a strawberry banana shake, both of which were really good. The chili on their chili cheese fries is really good chili, which I don't find a lot in fast food joints. We were fortunate to beat the lunch crowd by a few minutes, and the young lady who helped us was very hospitable. It's primarily a takeout spot, but they had quite a few tables on a covered patio where we enjoyed our lunch.”
“Love this fish place. Tried the tuna, salmon, and halibut and all delicious. Chicken slider app was so yum. The vibes on the patio are great - decorated for Christmas is fun. Chill live music is great ”
“I was just traveling through my hotel was close by so I thought I would give it a shot. I really enjoyed the food here. The Service. was excellent. I would recommend it.”
“Cozy sushi spot with a huge variety of sushi choices. Even the Bento box offered a couple sushi choices vs just chicken, beef, salmon. Downside was the service was pretty bad. Hopefully it was a fluke day because I plan on going back to give it another try. My guests food came before mine...the table next to us that arrived quite a bit after us, got their food before me. Not sure how their communication failed but it did. I hope to do a new review next time I'm there and hopefully the service is more efficient. ?”
“Awesome food and service. The staff is always helpful and quick to seat you. Love this place and the food is great. Try the rib platter and the short bone ribeye.”
