“The one person that was on staff was slammed. Multiple "party orders", shame on manager to be short staffing a day that is big for them. I am aware there is a major labor shortage, but companies are getting through it without sacrificing employees they have. Anyway, she did great. Was very apologetic, I assured her it wasn't a big deal. Another man did as well, who was there to get his party platter. Being nice to one another, or just not being a tool, can change things quickly into a positive environment. Be kind.“

“In the mood for a quick bite, sandwich and it was delicious. You can tell the bread is homemade and fresh. The owner was absolutely lovely and the have crunchy ice. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't take 30 minutes to get our 2 sandwichs ravioli. It was not busy inside so it was hard to justify the wait. It looked like they were prioritizing their online orders over the people in the restaurant.“

“On wednesday, I went to this Subway. I was really hungry, and my mood had been terrible since morning- I had fought with everyone. When I got there, I met Mr. Ravi, an Indian guy. When I asked him for an extra scoop of tuna, he told me it would cost extra, and I got annoyed because it looked too little. I was already angry, but he handled the situation so calmly and respectfully that he actually made me laugh in the end. His service was so good that it genuinely made me want to leave a review, because he was completely right from his side. I truly salute that kind of customer service.“

Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.“

“Growing up outside Philadelphia, I’m always on the hunt for authentic Philly cheese steaks. John’s has excellent cheese steaks and has been a Huntington Beach favorite for decades. The bread is amazing and baked locally which is a key ingredient to simply amazing sandwiches! They stuff a lot of meat and cheese and peppers and onions in there, and the result makes ya wanna shout, “Go Birds!” Someone will probably shout it back, too. “I knew about this place since it opened back in the late 2010s with the 1st owner. This is 2nd owner that took over couple yrs back. Still carry out the same menu and same foods and quality. Prices are still decent and affordable. They known for sandwiches or banh mi and egg rolls but they do have other dishes too. The owner, she is nice and friendly and very helpful. Sometime she is the only one in the store with several customers so wait can be awhile but the foods are good. The place is clean and plenty of parking spaces. They do have to go ready packed and plenty of drinks. Overall nice place for good foods with good services. They do have tables & chairs inside and outside if you decided to dine in.“

“I got recommended this place by my co-workers and after looking at the reviews, got excited to try this place. The moment I arrived you can sense a big welcoming. They have so many options and after looking at their menu for awhile I decided to get their combo Chipotle Ham with a California smoothie and chips. It was amazing!! The moment you take a bite you can taste everything inside the sandwich. 100% Fresh everything, the veggies and meat! Just like the title says. The smoothie were so fresh and natural better then any other smoothie place out there! I was highly satisfied with my order and it was delicious! I will definitely come back to this place.“

“It’s like an Oasis in an industrial desert; serving affordable large deli sandwiches, soups,chips and cookies.

Took a family adventure on the bus today to take my son to his ABA therapy and on our way back my younger daughter needed a bathroom.

To our luck it was a little after 2:40 and the sandwich box was open until 3:00pm and right next to our bus stop.

So we stopped in for the bathroom and I noticed they have a robust menu and a very clean kitchen and dining room.

The prices are affordable and the sandwiches are large.
Both of my Daughters filled up on half a sandwich each. My youngest daughter says she gives it 10 stars and wants to come back for some soup.“
