“I understand the topic of bad customer service these days has been beaten to death in the news and social media but this Philly’s location really took the cake.We went to pick up our phone order tonight and the young lady who charged us and handed us our bag was so unbelievably rude.My husband and I were very polite and for whatever reason got three eyerolls out of her in our 60 second transaction.We walked back in immediately because something was missing from our order and she acted like it was OUR fault. She gave it to us with an extra eyeroll before we left. We must have been inconveniencing her.Food here is fantastic, and that deserves at least 4 stars in my opinion, but I will not return to this location.“
“Excellent smash burger. I got the double wagyu smash cheeseburger and made it a combo with garlic fries and drink. Both are delicious. Anyone who is familiar with the Freddie's chain (Freddie's is not in CA to my knowledge), this is the style of burger here. Dipping sauce is 35c. The ranch dressing is actually good, made fresh, and not the weird generic bottled ranch most places give. (Sorry no pics, I was pretty hungry.)“
“The sandwich is price, about 15 bucks for one, but it is delicious. Their sourbread is amazing and the size is like 2 servings depending how hungry you are. I love their creative names. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the tomatoes I requested off, thankfully not allergic and could take it off. Other than that, it satisfied my sandwich craving. Also, their vegetarian section is commendable, they looked so tasty and I'm not a vegetarian myself but enjoy seeing the options for friends.“
“The owner of this subway is the kindest person I've met in ages.. I came in in the morning just to get a coffee and charge my phone so I could call triple a because my car and phone are dead. I wasn't trying to vent about my dilemma or anything just find an outlet and buy some coffee, but he read the stress on my face and was so kind and compassionate.. cares about his business and most importantly the customers. he was so kind he didn't even let me pay for the coffee. “So worth the price and the craving for Italian food. Is it luxury? No but they deliver you good Italian food. Their ravioli with Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken was delicious. Their portions are great for the size and their prices are amazing. You won't be getting delicious Italian food for that price and that quality anywhere else. Hope to order more with them. “If you like jersey mikes then this place is completely consistent with their reputation and quality. I’m a recent concert of jersey mikes and consider them my favorite sub. I got the Philly cheesesteak this time and it was perfect! My other go to is the Italian. I think their bread is some of the best out there and getting every sandwich mikes way is the only way to go, and I add their pepper relish to *every* sandwich as well“

“I feel like Subway should have 3 workers to help balance the influxes of customers. Because 1 worker on mobile orders and 1 worker taking care of the whole line is kinda of rough.My experience was good. I did a mobile order for pickup since there was a 15% off for ordering online. They accidentally only made it a 6" when I ordered a foot long but they were very gracious and kind to fix it. The subway has a bathroom and the overall feel of the store is clean and vibrant.“

I also picked up an ice dessert drink to try and the guy made it from scratch. It was delicious and 100% worth the wait. I am definitely returning. “A lot have changed about this place, isn't so great anymore besides their coffee. Today was a little intense, the amount of people gathered around the front entrance and parking lot kind of made you think twice before coming here. Walking by to enter wasn't a pleasant feeling. They stare down at you like pineapple on a pizza, lol. I guess it's a cafe for a reason. If there are no seats inside, no worries, other options are outside and in the parking lot. Management needs to reconsider something. It will definitely drive customers away. Was eager to come back and get that Banh Mi sandwich but was a little disappointed. They used different types of bread, not your traditional "Vietnamese Baguettes, have a pillowy fluffy crumb that is super light and a crackly thin crust." But more of a "French baguettes have a chewier open crumb and have a thicker crunchy crust." It's just the type of bread I'm not used to. It reminds me of a regular cold cut sandwich, which is even a little better. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Drink: 1. 2x Vietnamese Ice Coffee(1 LRG cup) 5/5 The drink is made by passing hot water through the grounds into a cup that already contains condensed milk. Sandwich: 1. #1 Cottage Sandwich Combination 4/5 Jambon, Headcheese and Pate with house Pickle (Daikon & Carrot), Onion, Jalapeno, Cilantro Salt & Pepper, Soy Sauce, and House Mayonnaise. Side Item: 1. 1x Cottage Sausage 3/5 Sausage, slices of cucumber, 1 slice of lettuce, and house pickle. My overall experience was okay. Great customer service 5/5. Atmosphere and vibe interior/exterior 3/5. Food/Drink 4/5. The coffee was on point, super satisfying but not so much on the sandwich and sausage. Everyone have different tastes buds, so I would still give them a try and experience for yourself. Interior is clean and elegant feeling. “First time ever trying a Jimmy Johns and I will definitely be back on account of their customer service alone. I ordered online and I guess my customizations did not save. I called them and told them and they said to come on back and they would remake the sandwich for me. They were so friendly and the sandwich was very good!“
“Who doesn't like Mike's Way? Add some oil, vinegar, and spices to your life here at Jersey Mikes! I am a huge fan of Jersey Mike's and their sandwiches. This location has excellent service, and the employees are always friendly and accommodating. This location is busy, and the parking lot is always packed from Trader Joe's. My go-to order is the Club Sub, Mike's Way, with extra bacon! The sandwich is crunchy from the bacon and onions and has a blast of flavor in Mike's Way. This sandwich always hits different, and I love eating here before a big day. The only downside of getting Mike's Way is that you have to eat it right away, or else it gets soggy; it's already messy how it is. I would not recommend dining in here; there's not enough table space, and you don't have privacy because the line is right next to all the tables.“

“I highly recommend the one located off the 91 Freeway going West. I like that is spacious and clean. The European style sandwiches are really good. My favorites are the turkey, salami, cheese. The other one that's my very favorite is the salami and cheese of choice (provolone, American or Swiss) with all their trimming (mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions, picked and banana peppers) with that good fresh baked baguette!! Give them a try. I have never had their coffee!“

“It's attached to the Long Beach Courthouse so PARKING ISN'T FREELY AVAILABLE.. YOU HAVE TO WALK THERE from wherever you found parking. Otherwise, it's a nice place to relax before or after a day in court, file a case, or go over your proceedings. There are tables inside and several available tables to enjoy the warm sunshine outside, which are MY FAVORITE!!??“
“Subway is the best place for a sandwich. I live close to it and it’s super quick to make, you choose your toppings, plus you get to see them making the food. But I’m giving it a 4 star because I wish they had even more chip options, they already do have a lot of chips o just wish that they had more. But besides that I love subway.“
“Good small family owned spot. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you have questions. Theresa helped us and was knowledgeable about the menu and made good suggestions. I see her help others make selections as well. Not only was she helpful but had a mailed for everyone that came through the door. The BBQ smells delicious but we went for a cold sandwich. Next time will definitely try the BBQ. We got The Guido which is a fully loaded Italian sandwich with Ham, Mortadella and Soppressata . It's everything you look for in an Italian sandwich, the meat is quality and the ham has a nice smokiness. The bread is super fresh and soft and fluffy. The acidity from the dressing cut the fatty delicious nature of the cured meats perfectly. They have a good selection of soda's that are made with real can sugar which is nice. They have a small patio out front that is dog friendly. Definitely will be back for both the food and the great service.“
