The biscuit was nice and soft and all of the flavors paired well together. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup did not disappoint! “Visiting Long Beach and had Door Dash deliver a couple of cupcakes to our hotel. I had the orange & cream cheese cupcake - my daughter had the red velvet. She loved hers and I think mine was probably the best cupcake I have ever had. Cake was super moist and packed with flavor. The cream cheese frosting was so creamy and it had white chocolate curls on top. Amazing!“

It’s not a sit down restaurant, it’s like a collective of restaurants, like a food court but not because there’s only a couple places to sit and eat. You can order food online or at the site and pick up there. I didn’t know it was set up this way so it was confusing when driving there and trying to find it. The building says Daisy on it, you can park and go in.“

The food was good, but my partner said his plate wasn't the greatest ( steak, mashed potatoes & veggies ). I had no complaints, My kid got chicken tenders & fries. “Some of my favorite yellow curry and pad thai around! I always get the peanut sauce to add to my noodles. They always remember to fry the tofu when I put it in the description. “I've been to this location several times, and it's not bad. I ordered an Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese this morning that was a bit disappointing. The (stick) bagel appeared to have only sesame & poppy seeds on it, I didn't see or taste any onion/garlic/salt, and the thin smear of cream cheese was a bit disappointing too, especially since the cream cream cheese was much more than the bagel (as expected). I'll have to try it again another time.I also had a boxed lunch from here recently, which is pretty good. I tried the chicken salad sandwich for the first time. I didn't care for the flavor. There were large chunks of water chestnuts (I think) that overpowered the chicken. I removed several of them after a couple of bites because there were just too many. (I forgot to take photos.) Overall, Grounds is a good spot to get breakfast items or lunch.“

When you drive down 14th street you will see a beautifully painted building and it turns it's like a hidden food court. Definitely a hidden Long Beach gem! Don't let the overall rating fool you because the food I got from lulubowls is so good. I got the salad bowl and sweet potato potstickers.
