I'm not sure if there's free parking in the area, but we parked in the parking lot next to the restaurant which is not free. Had to pay at the kiosk. This place serves american food and alcohol. Came here during lunch time with coworkers. They ordered alcohol and returned to work right after. I ordered the american style kobe burger. It was very delicious but be aware that it's not real kobe beef. Staffs were friendly and had a good meal here. Really nice restaurant by the beach. Would recommend eating here. It might be a little pricey, but you're next to the ocean.“

The burger was tasty. But it's nothing like In-n-Out, as some of the reviews said. It's a well made basic burger.The service was fast and pleasant. It's a neat little place. Unfortunately, it has limited hours (10-6 m-sat), so I won't have many opportunities to come back. But if i'm in the mood for a burger at lunch near home, I'd come back. They have corn hole, giant Jenga, a climbing park right next to it. So it's an amazing spot for families and even the pups (they offer unseasoned grilled beef patties!)I got the tofu banh mi with a side salad and a machaca breakfast burrito. Surprisingly, the food was actually pretty impressive, half of me was expecting beach shack quality. The food does take a bit to come out, but it's not fast food here. I ordered a chocolate chip pancake, a breakfast burrito made with bacon (hash browns on the side), and a hot chocolate. It was PERFECT. Definitely go here if you want an awesome breakfast. (Note: The restroom is down a flight of stairs, but there's a sign saying staff will direct disabled people to a more suitable restroom.) With the many options, it's easy to be distracted, but Jay Bird's should be your go to spot. They started to really grow a couple years ago and their food and service is why. Each time we've gone, we experience impeccable service. This time around, we ordered the Mac Daddy, which is a friend chicken sandwich loaded with mac n cheese. While it might seem heavy, the cheese sauce is surprisingly light and doesn't overpower the sandwich. It adds a delicate creaminess and great flavor to the sandwich. The chicken is juicy and cooked to a nice level of crispiness. The crinkle cut fries are not a home run, but they're seasoned well and I don't have any complaints. They have a small counter area for dining, but there are tables around the warehouse that are shared amongst the other restaurants. The staff was friendly and they were quickly making the food. Jay Bird's is always consistent at their various locations and my go to "chain" for a fried chicken sandwich.“
