“I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the food to be this exceptional. And that is because sometimes chain establishments are not great. However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and short rib hash!!!!! Omg so delicious!! I can’t wait to come back for more!!!“

“To John Hansen, My wife and I would like to thank you for such a lovely evening. Chez Bacchus represents the “True Expression of a Dining Experience”. Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

“First time at Chiang Rai – Thai Street Food.
Plenty of street parking. Smaller location and is packed. Even though it was called street food – it was so much more than that. The food quality was top tier. Well balanced and delicious.
Roti – flaky, crispy with a layer of chewiness. Paired with a yellow curry sauce. So good.
Crying Tiger – it was cooked medium rare and came with a homemade chili sauce.
We had to get the Khao Soi. Northern Thai curry noodles served with wet noodles and crispy fried noodles. We got ours with chicken. Everything was good with the dish except for the dried chicken.
Steamed Branzino – served whole. Very good. You can taste the delicate flavors.
We finished it off with the old school Pang Pang comprised of coconut ice cream on top of a sweet bread (think King Hawaiian) with condensed milk then cashew and coconut jelly on top.
Overall – really amazing company and great food.“

“Definitely some of the very best pho Long Beach has to offer (several sizes available for most the small or regular seems to be sufficient. They do have L & XL sizes available for the truly very hungry guests).
The broth is neither too salty nor too sweet- spiced perfectly not at all cloying as some can be.
Fried bread is a great accompaniment. Don’t miss out on the fried egg rolls which are fantastic too.“

“Get there early, place is packed and for good reason. Wait was only 35 minutes to sit so not bad at all.
Service and food were outstanding. Breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, and meatloaf steak and eggs is what we got. Those three choices you can’t go wrong with.“

“This has to be one of my favorite businesses in long beach. To start, the staff are always warm and welcome. They treat everyone like family and are always so cheerful. Breakfast + Lunch ALL DAY! I really love that the new owners have their full menu available during opening hours. Not only are they the most economical option for burritos in long beach, I believe they might even be the biggest. (see photos) I was not a fan of the previous management of this place, but I encourage anybody that was discouraged from the previous owners to go back and try it again. I swore off this place until I found that there were new people that really wanted to introduce great value to the community. 5 stars all around!“

“Lam is a charming man that is prepared to talk with on any subject. We talked about Buddism, Music, and of course, Thai Food. I had Pad See Eew and it was absolutely fantastic. 3 egg rolls. Great portions, tremendous value, fresh and hot. Everything prepared as ordered. This is Gabriel Iglesias favorite Long Beach spot. definitely a 5 and only spent 12.00 for this great food. “I had the phnom penh noodles here. The broth was very flavorful, the noodles were great and the meats included in the noodle dish along with the garlic went together very well. The pork bone was very tender with the soup it came with. I recommend this place and I would come back to try the other dishes like the Thai boat noodle“

“The food and service at Ellie's is really fantastic! Some of the best Italian food that we've ever had. The fresh, homemade pastas make a huge difference. All the other food is also so fresh and delicious! It's fun to share the food family style so that you can try different items on the menu. “We found them accidentally and so happy we did. Super friendly and delicious food! It’s out of this world! They operate on the side of the street and it just makes it so much better. It’s an LA culture, you have to try and support street food vendors. We always order the burrito, it’s on point and on the extra large size!!! You’ll definitely have cravings after having them lol. They make fresh tortillas right in front of you and slice the meat right there. We do a mix of asada and al pastor. They put a small slice of pineapple and when you bite on it, WOW! It’s such an amazing surprise bite lol you will be drooling lol Thank you to all the amazing staffs and owner for making these stand possible and providing a great recipe.“

“Great place, with friendly service and a great ambiance, if you like these loud sports bars. We all liked our food - it was "good" (OK would sound as if any of us had been unhappy) - good burgers and fries. Unless I would be asked by someone to join particularly there, I doubt I would go again. It's not a "No" to the restaurant itself, it is a "Yes" to all the other great places on the same street I have not explored yet. So again, if you want to check out games and have a great night out with like-minded, this is highly recommended.“

“Amazing beef hot and sour soup Somlaw Ma-Ju Kreung Sach Ko- beef tripe, lemon grass, vegetable, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind, complex seasoning, just the right sourness and texture! Egg rolls was just okay. Spring roll ran out :(
Would like to try the beef lamb, eggplant Thai style, beef satay sticks and papaya salad next time. Close at 2:30 am which was a huge relief since we drove to Hyatt Regency Long Beach which was 7 minutes away.“

“It is a calm environment, the sunset looks very beautiful. I like that you order online and pay, so there's no problem splitting bills when you go with friends. The cheese on the nachos is delicious 🤤 although I found the meat very seasoned (I don't really enjoy strong seasonings) the pretzel was delicious, the potatoes too. In general the food and drinks were very good. What I didn't like very much was the service, there are so many people that the waiters are in a hurry, one of them spilled the beer on the jacket of one of the customers and didn't seem to care much. The food comes out without a name (many times) so at large tables it is difficult to know who it belongs to and there is a lot of noise. There are also no tables for large groups so if there are more than 8-10 they will probably all be at separate tables.
Parking: There is free parking; However, it tends to get crowded, we saw a sign that said 3 hours Parking but it took a little longer and everything was fine
Kid-friendliness: Not much, although some couples brought their children, there is alcohol for sale and there is no children's area“

“I recently visited Galata Halal Restaurant and Grill, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, every bite full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality here is top-notch and adds a special touch to the entire dining experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food and warm, welcoming service. Will definitely be coming back!“

“This place is easily one of the best sushi spots on 2nd street, delicious options with plentiful portions. I tried the Mexican, AAA roll and the deep fried California roll with all 3 being stellar. The atmosphere is lively and the greeting when you walk in from the sushi chefs is nice ?
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu portion has 4 different options, basic chicken with veggies and rice being one of them.
