I don’t eat cheese — it makes my face break out. So I ordered a meal without cheese, and ordered that way, the flavor wasn’t great. I told my waiter (one of the Rivera family), and he wanted to bring me something else. I looked at him carefully to see if he meant it, and I could tell that he did.I told him I would think about it.
