The dishes are really innovative and still have that touch of Indian food. Apt and balanced spices. We ordered the SS signature burger, some appetizers (truffle fries, Korean style pork belly with lettuce wrap, calamari), some drinks and a dessert (pistachio cake, which is all right). “A beachside cafe on the sand is everything I didn't know I needed here in LA/OC. It's such a great chill spot, plenty of parking, just steps away from the Pacific Ocean. They have corn hole, giant Jenga, a climbing park right next to it. So it's an amazing spot for families and even the pups (they offer unseasoned grilled beef patties!)I got the tofu banh mi with a side salad and a machaca breakfast burrito. Surprisingly, the food was actually pretty impressive, half of me was expecting beach shack quality. The food does take a bit to come out, but it's not fast food here. They serve alcohol, have vegan options, breakfast all day. It's a pretty great spot to relax, enjoy the sound of the beach waves, dig your toes in the sand, and eat/drink.“
“I have loved Cena Vegan since they were only a pop-up, and I will love them until the day I die. Seriously. It's that good. Their burritos are the best I've ever had, vegan or not. They make their own meats and they are all amazing. I usually opt for the al pastor. Portion sizes are always great. And as for this location, inside of Partake? Absolutely lovely. I'm always shocked by how few people are dining here. Clean, fun music, plenty of seating.“
“Our favorite neighborhood hang right now! Riley's never disappoints. I love the Watermelon Margarita. They have a decent beer selection. All the food is excellent! The Poke Wonton Tostadas and Ceviche are delicious and reliable appetizers. The Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad and the Steak Salad are two of my favorites. They serve very, very good pizzas and burgers. But my absolute all time favorite item on the Riley's menu is the Smash Burger. This burger is perfect in every way!!! If you haven't checked Riley's out yet, I recommend you do.“
“I've had the pleasure of dining at Noble Bird a few times now and they never disappoint. The menu is simple and yet packed full of flavor and healthy ingredients. Their fried rice is out of this world! I was taken aback at how quickly I devoured it. The Thai Noodle Salad is another one of my favorites. It was absolutely massive in size so I had it for lunch the next day. Regardless of what you order, it'll leave you thoroughly satisfied without feeling overly full. Is one of my favorite dishes anyway and when it's done right, chef's kiss. I paired it with a sparkling wine and it was exactly what I needed.I'm already in love with this place, parking is easy, the location is great. “It’s a cool concept and convenient for a quick meal pick up. It’s not a sit down restaurant, it’s like a collective of restaurants, like a food court but not because there’s only a couple places to sit and eat. You can order food online or at the site and pick up there. I didn’t know it was set up this way so it was confusing when driving there and trying to find it. The building says Daisy on it, you can park and go in.“
“Loved!! Came with my husband for the first time and left satisfied. I had the baby gem, and the lamb chops, and both were yummy. Ordered both a pineapple, and espresso martini and both were yummy as well. Service and ambiance were both top notch, and for as many tables as there are, the whole experience felt super intimate. “The service was pretty good until the shift of service. I ask for more tea ? to (3) different folks. Instead, I got the check quicker than any tea ?. I paid and left. I'm not sure if they ever charged me for the extra tea because, at this point, what was a wonderful dining experience ended abruptly. Love the greetings when we got there. It was the leaving that bothered me. I'm sure they would have done better if there was one person serving my table, but I thonk she had to take her break or something. “We were greeted properly and had our choice of seating upon entering. The restaurant was quietly busy, but we felt attended to throughout our meal. The scone was buttery, moist and delicious. We ordered crab cakes and roast beef hash. Both were excellent choices- seasoned well with crispy edges!“

Enjoyed their Cadillac Margaritas with the Brussel Sprouts to start off. They were fantastic. Then we had the Shrimp Scampi and we thoroughly enjoyed. Both a local market and an incredibly good southern inspired restaurant, be prepared to be warmed by the good spirit of true comfort food and energy of the old days... when food took time but every1 chatted away... “We went to the Jay Bird's location in the Long Beach industrial park food hall. It was a weekday around lunch, so the place was packed with employees of the surrounding business. With the many options, it's easy to be distracted, but Jay Bird's should be your go to spot. They started to really grow a couple years ago and their food and service is why. Each time we've gone, we experience impeccable service. This time around, we ordered the Mac Daddy, which is a friend chicken sandwich loaded with mac n cheese. While it might seem heavy, the cheese sauce is surprisingly light and doesn't overpower the sandwich. It adds a delicate creaminess and great flavor to the sandwich. The chicken is juicy and cooked to a nice level of crispiness. The crinkle cut fries are not a home run, but they're seasoned well and I don't have any complaints. They have a small counter area for dining, but there are tables around the warehouse that are shared amongst the other restaurants. The staff was friendly and they were quickly making the food. Jay Bird's is always consistent at their various locations and my go to "chain" for a fried chicken sandwich.“
“I can't believe I haven't written a review here yet! (Thought I did!) Anyway, first came here last year for my sister's friend/band member's birthday party! (Jordan) And some of his art work was displayed for sale. It was pretty fun! The DJ booth looks cool! The giant screen allowed them to play their new music video for their band called Wamdingis! (Check them out!) That night was lit! Thank you to the bar tenders & chef! The fried cheese curds were unforgettable! Came back here another time with a girlfriend because she was sad about her guy. Anyway, we ordered the tater tots (yummy!) & some seltzer drinks. I sang a song for Karaoke night on Sunday. We also ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and added bacon! Omg! So glad we split it! That was too good! Then we bar hopped a little before going home. Tonight, I was supposed to help my sister's band with merch at the Santa Ana art walk but they finished before I got there so I turned around and went home and Lyfted here.
