“Dined here this evening. We enjoyed some Cocktails to start then ordered Beef Tartare, Shrimp with Veg and Roasted Carrots. Entrees varied from Pasta to Ribeye steak and Burger. All delicious. The Carbonara needed more bacon but that was the only issue. Desserts were great. The Espresso wasn’t hot enough for my guest but overall we enjoyed the evening celebrating a birthday. Will recommend to my friends for sure. Would recommend a reservation as it was very busy by the time we left at 6.30 pm“

“Ate lunch Mother’s Day so understandably was a busy day. We made a reservation and they sat us quickly. Brought us water timely. We ordered drinks, appetiser
and our lunch. Although we had some mishaps with getting our food timely and sending one meal back, everyone took very good care of us and treated us well. The food was great. The Rib Eye was huge.(not pictured) Desserts were fabulous. We will definitely be eating here again.“

“Dined here for a friend’s belated birthday. Three of us arrived here shortly before 5 pm, and we were seated right away. Ordered some cocktails, appetizers and entrees. Eggplant bites and chicken wings were delicious!! By the time our entrees were brought to our table, we are pretty full. Nonetheless, we tried to finish our dinner because it was delicious. Ordered flan, and it was delivered with a sparkling candle! She made it very special!! We will definitely come back for more!

Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and short rib hash!!!!! Omg so delicious!! I can’t wait to come back for more!!!“

“I love their dogs and the spicy chicken sandwich as well. This food never disappoints. Feels like the perfect blend of comfort food. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Atmosphere is a little weird just because it’s still downtown long beach, so you get a mix of individuals coming into this location as well as walking by. Good experience though, i would def come back.“

“Where to even begin with how incredible Cave Catering was? First, people were raving about the food for days. We had the lamb chops when we went for the (super professional, beautiful, immaculate) tasting and fell in love. We knew everyone would love them, and we were right! The shrimp cocktail was divine, and we also had the shrimp aguachile shooters because we couldn’t decide between the two. Grilled cheese, bruschetta, and caprese skewers were also a hit because they were so easy to eat at a cocktail hour and tasted delicious.

On top of that, Chef Nicole saved our wedding multiple times before it even happened. Any time we asked for something (renting linens, silverware, extra servers), she was quick to respond and provided anything we needed. We even texted her at 11pm the night before the rehearsal dinner because we figured out our chargers were broken. Her chargers were rented out that weekend, but she tracked some down and brought them to the wedding. The day of our event, she was on time, professional, and provided amazing staff.

We can’t emphasize enough how lucky we felt to have found Cave Catering. We will definitely be hiring them again for our next event.

Hubby had the pastrami burger and I had the poke bowl. He had their beer on tap and I had a Hawaiian Mai tai.
We were celebrating an early Mother’s Day. I had such a great time! The servers were friendly and quick. I highly recommend!“

“This is probably the crispiest fried chicken I’ve had — super crunchy on the outside and incredibly tender inside.

It’s coated with a full layer of red chili powder, giving it a sweet and spicy kick. If you’re not great with spice, I’d recommend going with the mild level.“
