“Perfection! Got the og chicken and waffle sandwich. So yummy! The strawberry lemonade was good too. There is indoor seating and out door seating/ patio. Very clean. With nice restrooms. Staff was super nice and quick. Brought the food right to our table. I would come here again. Highly recommend“
“I've had the pleasure of dining at Noble Bird a few times now and they never disappoint. The menu is simple and yet packed full of flavor and healthy ingredients. Their fried rice is out of this world! I was taken aback at how quickly I devoured it. The Thai Noodle Salad is another one of my favorites. It was absolutely massive in size so I had it for lunch the next day. Regardless of what you order, it'll leave you thoroughly satisfied without feeling overly full. A fantastic place to dine or takeout at any time of day!“
“Wow. I'm so beyond thrilled to have found this tiny little gem! The food is beyond delicious. Take a trip to flavortown and enjoy the ride hahahaha this place is insanely good. I got calamari and some penne russa (I think) with chicken and it came with a salad WHICH WAS ALSO SO DARN DELICIOUS. Everything was delicious. Everything was hot. The man who I believe was the owner gave me theeee best service I could ask for after a long day of work. The place looked so cute and cozy I wish I could've stayed and dined in. “If you like El Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo, or Charo Chicken then you'll love El Pollo Dorado which imo tastes far better than the others. Their mini pack meal is around $19 for a whole chicken cut into 6 pieces, with 8 oz sides of rice, beans, and potato salad plus your choice of mild or hot salsa and tortillas. Everything my gf and I have tried has been incredible in 2 weeks we've been back twice“
“It's always seemed to me that chain restaurants tend to be best right after they've opened up, and that's definitely the case here. Zankou Chicken is always good but this new location seemed just slightly better than the older ones. The food came out immediately and yet it was hot and fresh, like it had just been made. My only complaint is the complaint I have about Zankou in general, which is their portion size. Their quarter dark meat chicken plates are too small, but a half chicken would be too much (and I don't like white meat anyway, so it would be wasted on me). I always leave a Zankou still somewhat hungry, and that shouldn't happen, not with the prices they're charging. Please, Zankou, offer a three-piece chicken option! Either that, or get bigger chickens! The chicken legs you use are tiny!“
“We went to the Jay Bird's location in the Long Beach industrial park food hall. It was a weekday around lunch, so the place was packed with employees of the surrounding business. With the many options, it's easy to be distracted, but Jay Bird's should be your go to spot. They started to really grow a couple years ago and their food and service is why. Each time we've gone, we experience impeccable service. This time around, we ordered the Mac Daddy, which is a friend chicken sandwich loaded with mac n cheese. While it might seem heavy, the cheese sauce is surprisingly light and doesn't overpower the sandwich. It adds a delicate creaminess and great flavor to the sandwich. The chicken is juicy and cooked to a nice level of crispiness. The crinkle cut fries are not a home run, but they're seasoned well and I don't have any complaints. They have a small counter area for dining, but there are tables around the warehouse that are shared amongst the other restaurants. The staff was friendly and they were quickly making the food. Jay Bird's is always consistent at their various locations and my go to "chain" for a fried chicken sandwich.“
“This place is hidden on 4th street. There is plenty of street parking in front of the restaurant. It's not that busy later in the evening. The service was quick. The ambiance is super cute with the cherry blossom tree and the art on the wall with the chicken. This is a cashless place since they recently got robbed. So make sure to help out this small business!I got the original hainan chicken rice. Everything was flavorful and spiced right. The sauces that came with it was perfect. I love how chicken is cooked steamed as it was juicy and not try. I would get this again. If you're sick, get their herbal chicken soup. It has 5 spices and Gojo berry, which is beneficial when you're sick. I definitely will be back here to try their bubble teas too!“
“The most delicious, freshly prepared, juicy, well seasoned chicken breast sandwich I've ever had! It was great. At first, I thought it was burned because it was a really dark brown. But that's because it was saturated in seasoning. I chose the hot one and it was hot! Took a few minutes to sink in. The sauce that came with it looks like thousand island dressing but doesn't taste like it. Kinda hard to describe the taste except it Kinda cools down the intense heat and pairs well with the chicken. “Fresh and delicious.Located inside 2nd & PCH downstairs across from Shake Shack. Came here during the weekday for lunch. Restaurant was clean and was pretty quiet, maybe saw 1-2 ppl while I was eating there.Asked the lady for recommendations, and she was so nice. Ordered the 6 wing combo ( Thai chili). Food was hot and fresh. Wings were crunchy, great flavor, and not spicy. Fries were so good - seasoned well and crunchy. I would definitely get that again.“

“I had high expectations from the pictures and reviews, but they were still blown away after my first experience eating at Lacquered. I brought my family to dine-in on Easter Sunday and they had a blast drawing on the placemats and trying all of the popular fish and chicken dishes. Scott was also a blast and was a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for our first time there.We tried the five-piece fried chicken plate, 2 piece tenders with fries, fish and chips, chicken salad, and mac and cheese. We recommend each one of these plates and we will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.“

I got the Mac n cheese (should have more cheese in my opinion) and I pretty sure much inhaled it. Try dipping it in the ComeBack Sauce!!The Main Chick Sandwich was delicious, especially the coleslaw, and the chicken was juicy. For the heat level, I chose You can do better (mild) which I regret because I don’t eat a lot of spicy food. So I died inside and it didn’t help that the sandwich was hot. Overall, everything was great. This place is for people who love spicy food, but I’m going back just never choosing mild or above.“
“Main chick is probably the best hot fried chicken restaurants I’ve been to & this spot does it right.I just ordered a tender and leg quarter both at medium spice with lots of mc sauce. They were both cooked perfectly, tender juicy and full of flavor. The mc sauce really adds that balance and it was an amazing lunch.I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. Parking is plentiful but don’t know what it’s like during peak times.“

They are never soggy and always well salted.The chicken has come along way since opening and I love to get those juicy thighs. “I ate there plenty of times so I know they have great service and food. There's nowhere to sit and eat but that could be a great thing for owners because it lets customers get in and get out. And for me that's how I like it, no extra people just kicking it and being loud.“

It was just missing something else on the combo to give it more taste to the meal. I think just one piece is good enough to order. I honestly got a bit full when i ate the first piece. “I beat the lunch rush today. Ordered a market salad and dined-in. The server was very pleasant and greeted me as I walked up to order. My order came out quickly (the server was right behind me with my order as I was selecting a table). I know this location gets very busy, but the inside is always neat and clean. My salad was tasty as always. I appreciated that it contained more darker green lettuce and less of the paler & bitter stem pieces. I recommend this location.“

Our go to order is one fried and one original (each served with choice of steamed or garlic rice and 2 sauces so you get 4 different sauces total) + two boba teas (Thai Tea and Brown Sugar are our favorites but we're working through the list lol) - all super delicious! Order on their website or call ahead for easy pick up. Fast and friendly service always at this local family business. Free street parking right out front or go east on 4th and turn south around the corner.“
