Dave’s Hot Chicken has quickly gained popularity, especially for its Hot Mozz’s, which have impressed many customers. The service at the Long Beach location has received high praise, particularly for staff members like Lizzy and Aisha. Both are noted for their warm and accommodating customer service, making first-time visits memorable. Many reviewers appreciated the clean environment and attentive staff who help with the ordering process.
The restaurant is described as having a pleasant atmosphere, making it an enjoyable place to dine. While the food, including the Extra Hot chicken, is highly recommended, some customers found the Reaper spice level to be less intense than expected, despite the waiver required to order it. Overall, Dave's Hot Chicken is recognized for its delicious food and excellent service, with many eager to return for more tasty meals and a welcoming dining experience.
