In addition to loving the taste of your coffees, I really love the servers at this location. They are always so friendly. I also appreciate that I can order my coffee without any special terminology, and that there is always the option for bold flavor. Unlike with your competitor, I have never gone in and been told that bold is not available at a certain time of day. Thanks for that!
I had a dark chocolate frap and it was delicious - made with almond milk, no whip, just as I requested. Friendly, fast staff, excellent air conditioning and free wifi.
Ordered online and still didn't get my order until 30mins later and only until a few new walk in orders were completed was i asked about my order and given a coupon for waiting. Thank you for the coupon but this made me a little late which was the point of me even getting the app and ordering online
