I just got my food right now! and i had the most caring conversation with one of the female workers she had glasses and a little hat, I didn’t get her name but she complimented me on my tattoo! After I got my order she added a cookie in just to be nice! she deserves a raise of something So SWEET! love you girl

Avoid this coffee bean if you have an order that's more complicated than milk and sugar. If you have any modifications they WILL mess it up. If you order for a group expect that order to be missing items or so ridiculously wrong it's laughable. On a recent order to this location of 6 drinks they decided 3 was enough and charged me for all 6. It's so hard for them to get it right they've even mixed up cups put juice and pulp in my coffee. Not sure how many brain cells the baristas here are functioning on. The Bixby Knolls location is perfect. I've sent massive orders to the Bixby location and they've gotten it right ever single time.

I come in pretty often since it's right around the corner from where I live and the staff here is pretty unusually heartless and cruel. They keep a sign over the door 24/7 that says it's closed for cleaning and refuse access to anyone that comes in with a backpack regardless if they are a paying customer or not but then gives the code to anyone else. I watch them time and time again give out free water and cups of ice to individuals unless they look homeless then it's 25 cents a cup even if they are buying other items. Employees constantly ignore customers waiting at the register and pretend they don't exist as they continue on with their conversations and they'll even step right outside and light up a cigarette right next to the entrance so that their smoke drifts right into the faces of customers sitting outside. The floors are never swept and you can see trac marks on the arms of one of the employees. I sure hope I don't contract hepatitis c here with junkies behind the counter. I'd recommend the Starbucks just a few doors down.

I came here to get a gift card and a drink, and I was really surprised when I came here! The Cookie Butter drinks come iced, hot, and ice blended which I was so excited about! I got a Cookie Butter Iced Latte, and it tasted great! I tried my sister's Iced Matcha Latte, and it was good! It doesn't taste like just milk or like seaweed like the matcha lattes that Starbucks makes so I thought that was great. The grilled cheese was just a basic grilled cheese, nothing special. It's definitely a better study spot than Starbucks. The seats are more comfy, and they are cushioned. The lighting isn't too harsh and bright, and it's pretty clean here! There's also a ton of cute drawings that the employees did, I saw a little Snoopy on the straw container! The employees are super helpful and nice. There were about 3 employees, but they all seem great! I would come back here again! It feels cozy, and it seems like the perfect place to study or to sit down and catch up!

Horrible and slow service- stay away! Ordered a simple drink and they took a very long time to get it done. They were not that busy. The cashier was so slow. I believe in giving people a chance but the cashier with the bandana needs to go. She is too too slow. I will never go there again!

Coffee was amazing! The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was good. The pesto wrap was alright. I think I would get a different sandwich next time. Nice outside seating as well.
Purchased a "mystery bag" for 5.50 via the Too Good to Go app for pickup. Ended up with a jalapeño cheese croissant, regular croissant, blueberry scone, and a chocolate muffin (all prepackaged). Pastries were ok but disappointed they're not made in house. Parking lot is a nightmare since it shares it with many other businesses
The wait for an online order is 10min+ ... basically it's pointless to order ahead. Most customers that ordered in person were taken care of before my order was. In total I waited about 18min.
