My favorite El Pollo Loco I frequent few times a week. Menu & prices are the same as other Pollo Locos but what makes this location different is the Customer Service. Everyone is super friendly & efficient. They never mess up my items or forget my salsas. Well managed location / lots of parking
We went here so often in my childhood. I have strong sensory memories of bringing bags of El Pollo Loco from the Clark Ave location to go swimming at the pool or the beach. Their chicken, rice, beans, and salsa are continually delicious, especially as a fast food option. Don't get bowls or pre-made items. Get roasted chicken, beans, rice, tortillas, and salsa and make your own delicious and inexpensive tacos.
