Definitely will say the food was on point. Came down on a Friday afternoon was packed, the service was solid though. The atmosphere outside was a little shaky, lot of guys standing outside like they were trying to tow cars & just a little weird vibe. Other than that everything was Gucci. ?Also notice them prices went up though ?

Order a chicken avocado burrito, to my surprise no avocado in the burrito, and 1 little piece of chicken, wth!! Nothing but cabbage and beans., this a Is not right., terrible service, is happened before went thru drive thru when I got home there no tortillas in my order. Will not be going back to that location!

My favorite El Pollo Loco I frequent few times a week. Menu & prices are the same as other Pollo Locos but what makes this location different is the Customer Service. Everyone is super friendly & efficient. They never mess up my items or forget my salsas. Well managed location / lots of parking
