“I never "got" Indian food and this place with the most satisfying SOUTH Indian food made me understand. These are such individual dishes from the Andrha chicken fry (now in slider form with Hawaiian bund) and fried potatoes- our new "burger and fries forever. New things to us! Dosakaya the fruit-veggie like a cucumber. Dosas, the paper-thin cylinders or puffy mushroom top like a crepe and eaten on their own or filled with potatoes and pear. Saag paneer, spinach with cheese cubes is silky, deep green and different because it is minced and has no heavy cream in it. From the tandoor there are Mediterranean spiced (from a former partner restaurant) and south Indian spiced shrimp and chicken kabobs. And the rice is fluffy, aromatic and light. The patio is inviting and you cam smell the ocean from your seat. AND for a city driver, there is a huge parking lot out back and free street parking in the front. A 25-minute drive from west LA.“
“I've passed this place and wanted to give a try, after finally someone taking my order at the counter it came out in about 15 minutes. The place has a coffee house vibe, great tunes, and beer and wine. I got the chicken pesto sandwich with salad instead of fries. All ingredients are fresh. Standard dressing is balsamic. Sandwich came HOT and is a knife and fork sandwich, it is so packed with delicious ingredients it falls apart. Great hidden gem“
“Perfect place to meet a friend for lunch I met a friend for lunch at the Redondo Beach Hook and Plow and it was an exceptionally rainy day. As a result, we were the only ones in there. The waitress was very kind and we ordered the lunch with two choices for about $16.99 and I had hot tea. Delicious! I picked the clam chowder which has a bit of bacon in it and the grilled burrata, arugula and pesto sandwich. We have been to the restaurant before and are always happy to go back.“
“The Rotary Club of Redondo Beach holds our lunch meetings at R10 3 times a month. Sacha is amazing to work with. We have had several successful events ( Fundraisers) there over the last couple of years as well. We did two murder mystery events that were a big hit. Sacha is a wonderful partner to plan your event with. The service, food and ambiance is always fantastic! Roman the bartender treats us all like family. He's funny too! I also want to acknowledge Shino. She's a hard worker with a great attitude. Everyone is always so welcoming. We look forward to our weekly meetings there. The view is amazing too! “OMG, if you know me, then you know I love my chicken. Whether it be grilled chicken, BBQ chicken, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, all of the above!!!We were driving around in the area and as soon as I saw this location, I bookmarked it. I looked at the pictures and was sold. I had planned to visit soon, but since we were done with our business around the same time they opened, I stopped to get a bite. I am so glad I did. The menu is easy. They got chicken tenders, jalapeño poppers, fries, and sandwiches. There are many flavors to choose from too. They got mild to spicy. My favorite was the Lemon Pepper. The tenders are big too. We ended up ordering the 4 piece meal with crinkle fries and I was stuffed. The even best part is that it comes with a Texas Toast. Everything was so delicious. We also ordered Garlic Parmesan tenders but we loved the Lemon Pepper. There are fountain drinks but they also got different flavored lemonades. I immediately saw they had Kool Aid and that was exactly what I got. It was on the sweeter side so I ended up mixing the Strawberry and Mango lemonades to make my own drinks. I guess everyone else does the same, so I was impressed. They know whats up. The staff, service, and speed to get our food were great. We were the first to order so that may be why. But a huge party came in, so this place is def a hit. They got part trays so the next party I have, I may stop by to get a few tender trays. It is delicious!!!“
“This is my second weekend in a row having dinner at HT Grill to celebrate with friends. I have enjoyed the surf and turf both times because it's my favorite meal. They have a lobster tail that is amazing. Generous portions and everything is done to perfection. If you're not happy with part of the meal such as my best friend last night with her carrot cake, they will remove it from the bill. I do suggest they remove the carrot cake because it's very dry. The cookie pazuki though that is a delicious dessert! I highly recommend anything from the bar, especially the cucumber mojito.( I might have had three!) They have live music on some nights and it's a lot of fun. It's great! Inside and on the outside patio. They also have fire heaters so it's beautiful and romantic and only a block from the beach so you can walk down and see the ocean. I'll be back. Maybe not next weekend, But who knows. If I'm lucky maybe I will?“

Drinks were moderately priced, food prices are reasonable for quality, taste and choices. The large open windows and decor makes the restaurant inviting. If you like the patio, it's on the front side of the building with heaters and a bar top.“

I learned that Two Hommés serves west African fusion and high quality food.I supported this Black-Owned business and ordered their house made crab cakes. They so fresh, delicious, and tasty. The owner Chef AB was so kind and lovely. He added grits, a biscuit, and a lemonade. 10/10 I recommend.“

The bar was crowded and the staff busy but our drink order was taken quickly. Cocktails were delicious, #Blessed will be my go-to here. It took a bit longer to get our drinks than we had anticipated. We waited for our table about 20 minutes beyond the time of our reservation and we had to circle back to the host to inquire how much longer before we would be seated. Our table was in the corner next to the kitchen and a service nook, loud and busy; next time I'll make a note to request a table away from the kitchen. It's a boisterous restaurant and the corner amplified the energy. We ordered the carrots, gnocchi, green beans and biscuits---all were incredibly delicious with the green beans being our favorite. Our server was prompt, courteous, food arrived without a long delay. We enjoyed Lola cab sauv with dinner. I gave the 4 stars for the service at the bar our need to check on our table. Overall a great experience and I will certainly be back.“

“I should have gotten a photo of the back room but it was a fun vibe. Classic Audrey Hepburn meets designer fashion decor. The chairs were animal print and the wall colors were bold pink and blue. We all had burgers and we all thought they were delicious. I had the curry veggie burger (without the curry sauce because it's made from chicken stock) and it was yummy. I wish they offered fully vegetarian option though. I appreciated their lemonades as the mocktails. I had the guava lemonade and next time I want to try the lavender lemonade. The service was good. They were attentive and checked in often.“

“I hosted my birthday at SoCal Vibes this past weekend and really can't say enough good things about the experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the staff (Aerin, Spencer, Emma, and Maya) were all so helpful and accommodating. It sounds like a cliche given the name, but the energy of the space and the employees is exactly what'd you hope for when you think of the phrase "SoCal Vibes."On top of all that, the cost for the birthday was less than half of what a few other comparable bar/restaurants in the Venice/SM area were quoting me. That's not a knock on the other places, SCV is just very reasonably priced if you're looking to host a large group. Great beer options, well stocked bar, and a very good kitchen are all available to the visitor. I came by for lunch and ordered the cheese steak sandwich. It was AMAZING. They use truffle cheese, great bread, and the whole thing was delicious. Small pickle slice and pickled veggie garnish was a great touch. Service is solid and the place was not very crowded at noontime. Lots of live music and other stuff going on at night too.“

“This was our first time here. The service was fantastic. We got here for happy hour. The cost of the drinks was a selling point. Got the coconut shrimp for a starter. Very good. I had the chimichurri steak and fries. The chimichurri was a bit spicy but very good. My husband had the lomo saltado made with filet mignon. Both dishes were excellent. The restaurant was comfortable but maybe a little loud. Okay for me but my husband has me repeat myself. I'm used to that. We will be back. Definitely hit the spot.“

“The food here is amazing. I've tried the Hot Chick, Downtown Dog, and The Ringer burger. The Hot Chick is by far one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've tried in a while. I'm not a hot dog fan but the Downtown dog is amazing. Bomb! Now the Ringer reminds me of a better version of the Western burger at Carls Jr. you won't go dissatisfied here. So, we on Monday afternoon to take a break from checking out used bookstores. There was only one other table occupied. Our waiter was being trained by another server and they were both great. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was fantastic. My son said he wished we had one where we're from. I agreed. Definitely glad we stopped in.Dietary restrictions: They are gluten friendly. Be careful if you're gluten sensitive and can handle small amounts of cross contamination. I'm gluten sensitive due to auto-immune disease but I am generally okay with things in a shared fryer. I ordered the fries. Thankfully, our server informed us they toss their fries in flour before frying. That I cannot do. Burgers and sandwiches can be served on gluten free buns.“
