Inconsistent steak doneness, seems overcooked. So we order medium rare for medium. It came out perfect for the last visit. Best pineapple upside down cake. Service: 2.5/5 Feb 2024 visit: Requested low sodium and low fat, waiter said can't do low fat, will do low sodium. We had a birthday dinner at HT last night. Reservation was for indoor seating, but the music was so loud we couldn't think straight, so we switched to outdoor. Everyone but me in our party was in their 20's. There were heaters and a fire pit outside - but they didn't have enough to go around. Two staff told us they would bring us another heater and then our waitress came up and reported that they couldn't because they were all in use. It was really cold and windy. This is my second weekend in a row having dinner at HT Grill to celebrate with friends. I have enjoyed the surf and turf both times because it's my favorite meal. They have a lobster tail that is amazing. Generous portions and everything is done to perfection. If you're not happy with part of the meal such as my best friend last night with her carrot cake, they will remove it from the bill. I do suggest they remove the carrot cake because it's very dry.
