“I've been here many times but never posted a review or any pics. They have a large assortment of tasty beers. Today, I had their 805 blonde with the 805 smash burger & fries. It was yum yum yum delicioso. They have a huge location inside and out with plenty of places to sit. Their service is top-notch. Stop by if you are ever in the area.“
“Delicious burgers and standout fries in a very pretty location by the water in Marina del Rey. You order at the counter then they serve you indoors or on the patio. Getting a table is a bit tricky and they aren’t too fast to turn them / clean up, but that doesn’t detract from a tasty burger!“
“J Nichols is an absolutely amazing restaurant in Marina Del Rey. Must try them when in MDR. Busy on weekends and no resy for breakfast/brunch, but definitely recommend adding yourself to the waiting list online/through Yelp. Dinner time reservations are available. Ample feee parking in the shopping center. Amazing staff. From the host/ess, servers, management, and cooks, all friendly and do a fantastic job. Furthermore, given how long the staff continue to work there and how happy they seem, they must be managing it well. Breakfast on weekends is our prime time to go. Boursin mushroom omelette is amazing. Try it with the greens on the side (they do an excellent balsamic dressing) and the freshly made English muffins. They brew Caffe Luxe coffee and it's always excellent. They also have espresso bar beverages as well. Dinner time is a whole other vibe. Quieter and dim lighting with more intimate ambiance. Dinner food is excellent. Decent beer and wine menu. Definitely proud to have them in our community!“
“Had a solid experience here. I ordered the filet mignon plate with spinach dip and wings for appetizers for my wife and myself. The service was top-notch. Our waiter was on top of everything and really cool. The atmosphere while busy was not that loud, which surprised me.Highly recommended“
“Ivan took care of us.. he recommended the French toast popular sell out dish.. it didn't disappoint. Also, have this tequila concoction called Queen of the South, very quenching.. The views and sun for the next to the glass table was fabulous.“
“I came in yesterday for brunch with a party of 9, and they were able to accommodate us so quickly and effortlessly. The food is pretty pricey, but my goodness is it good. It's also a pretty big portion of food. The chicken is so juicy and thick, and the waffles are fluffy and tall. They have flavored mimosas, and I had the pomegranate flavor (the red lady). They don't have bottomless mimosas, but their drinking selection is pretty nice. The only downside is the fact that they don't have parking. We had to park down the street, which isn't the worst, and the area is clean and safe to walk in.Parking: They have 2 parking spots up front on the street, but then the rest seems to be residential parking. We had to park down the street, but the area felt safe, and it was clean.“
“Above average hotel restaurant and barWe recently stayed at the Marriott in which the Sinder is located and enjoyed evening drinks/snacks/dinner a few times. While the atmosphere is nice and the bartenders and servers quite friendly menu is hit or miss. For us the hits were the guacamole and pico de gallo, dry spiced wings, and mushroom flatbread. All were quite tasty and well worth the price of admission. The garden salad was just OK as was the prosciutto flatbread. But the ceviche was abysmal. Also, we noticed that the mixed drinks and mocktails that we ordered directly from the bartender (while sitting at the bar) were better than those ordered through the waitstaff. I don't know if he cared more (or was just less busy), but saying we wanted our cocktails/mocktails 'not too sweet' to him resulted in nicely balanced drinks but when we gave the same admonition to our servers they came back cloyingly sweet. As I wrote, the atmosphere is nice. We were there in unseasonably cold weather so we didn't try the outside seating but there looked to be a nice fire feature. And the service from both the bartender and the waitstaff was quite good.“
“Just moved to the area and went to check out this spot and I was pleasantly surprised! We loved the Happy Hour! And you can't beat those views. It was on point with great daily deals! I will def be back! Check the HH menu for daily specials.“
“Elizabeth our server was outstanding. I was interested in something different and she mentioned Halibut was special for the day. Delicious! My wife looked at the steak offering Filet . We asked Elizabeth too bad you don't have Rib Eye. She said oh yes we happen to have Rib Eye. We ordered the Rib Eye. Perfect. French fries are awesome. Whiskey selection is excellent! I ordered a Japanese whiskey. Perfect dining experience. Don't forget to get your valet parking ticket validated. Bon appetit“
“Came here to bid good luck and see you soon to some friends who are moving out of state. Can't beat the view at dusk : boats bobbing, sun setting and harbor seals barking! The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining, some nights with live music entertainment, happy hour for those who need to unwind. Our group of 12 has reservations and we're were seated quickly even as some were still arriving. Valet parking available, there did not seem to be any public parking but we managed to snag empty spots with no problem. Friendly and helpful waiter Benny, suggested upgrading the lam chop appetizers from three to six more to share. Appetizers : solid 8/10. Lamb chop lollipops served with frisée on tatziki, Spicy meatballs in marinara sauce, crispy calamari, and some complementary buttered toast. A very nice Pinot noir called Meiomi was great accompaniment. I got as a meal the crab cake and a side of crispy roasted Brussels sprouts. The crab cake was adequate but it was too finely processed or maybe from frozen : 5/10. I did see a nearby table order the seafood tower and that looked impressive enough. Filet mignon served as requested by other diners : medium rare, they seemed to enjoy this. jidori chicken and PEI mussels in white wine also were served to others who had no complaints. Chef Gerree came out to greet us and very generously sent out desserts to share. Two of us had February birthdays but we both had candles to blow out ! I thought that was very sweet: Basque cheesecake: 10/10 Coffee chocolate mousse: 10/10 Mini almond muffins were both crunchy and moist: 15/10 : I could eat a whole dozen they were delectable. Good for out of town guests to experience.“

“I should have gotten a photo of the back room but it was a fun vibe. Classic Audrey Hepburn meets designer fashion decor. The chairs were animal print and the wall colors were bold pink and blue. We all had burgers and we all thought they were delicious. I had the curry veggie burger (without the curry sauce because it's made from chicken stock) and it was yummy. I wish they offered fully vegetarian option though. I appreciated their lemonades as the mocktails. I had the guava lemonade and next time I want to try the lavender lemonade. The service was good. They were attentive and checked in often.“
