“Happy New Year Y’all!!🥂✨🤘🏼🥳 As many of you know I’ve been playing piano and singing at Casa Ado in Venice for the last 3.5 years, for a total of 700+ shows. There have been two paintings with me in them, a painted recording of this era of my life! It is unclear what will be happening with the restaurant going forward, as there may be some ownership change. Everyone is sort of holding their breath, and for now, music has not been included in January of 2020. There is talk it could go either way in Feb. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thank you all who have come and supported me these past few years on Washington Square and I will keep everyone posted as to what settles out in the next bit of time. The hostess was very sweet, the food was so good the filet mignon is probably the best steak i’ve ever had. they broil it and serve it on a 500 degree plate. The gentleman at the front didn’t seem too pleased with us when we arrived but changed his tune when he walked past us when we were eating and introduced himself as the new manager.“

“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. “My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“Warm, hands on and personalized service. A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant…Food Made from Scratch, fresh, unique, different, and affordable. Highly recommended! The red onion focaccia bread with herb and Parmesan butter, added Burrata - best- seller, a must. The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.“

“The food was very good. I dined solo and had chicken liver mousse, the yellowtail crudo, the peach and tomato burrata salad, and the crab cake. The mousse was rich and interestingly paired with pickled blackberries and honeycomb. The crudo was delicious with the refreshing citrus. The salad too felt very fresh and like I was holding on to late summer. The crab cake was good, the sauce had a nice balance of spice and sweetness, it was very salty which is not unexpected with crab. The service was kind and attentive. I was very pleased with my experience and would return again if I'm back in Santa Monica.“

“Angelini Osteria totally lived up to the hype! We had a great dinner there that night and I can't wait to go back again soon. Let's start with the star of this show: uni pasta. Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. The food is incredible, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes on the menu!“

“When a restaurant takes their bread and simple salads seriously you know the rest of the meal will be excellent. That is this restaurant. Everything was excellent: freshness, flavors, choice of items on menu. The menu is small, but that just means each item has their full attention.“

“the vibes were perfect. music was awesome. service was absolutely top notch. i just: the steak frite. it tasted fishy. at first i thought it was that the little dollop they provide had some element of fish sauce or roe. but i don’t think that was intentional. fish on the pan/grill? the steak itself was nicely prepared but i found it hard to cut, perhaps due to the type of steak. no expert ! but it didn’t hit. for the price point, it was super tasty and filling and delicious, but it wasn’t what i pictured or exactly wanted. staff, again, were amazing; food, less than; drinks and wine and digestif, incredible. come for the drinks ! the steak frite, skippable.“

It was a little tight and some of us stood, but we didn’t mind since we were all socializing and switching around. Great drinks, great vibes, and everyone had a good time! The monthly wine events are nothing short of a mini vacation with the journey through the region Stephen takes you on. I was in LA for a week and ate there 3 nights. I would have gone more but they're closed on Monday and Tuesdays. I really wanted to give five stars, but I just wish the owner would fix the A/C. I feel really bad that the staff have to work in such hot temperatures in the summer, especially the gentleman working the grill. Please fix it for them and I'll be happy to leave another 5-star review :)“

“Went to coucou with a friend to celebrate my birthday. This is on Main Street and there's parking on thr street and there's an underground parking lot on Navy with great service and a flat rate of $9/hr.

The place is small and I went around 6pm so right after happy hour so it was a bit loud but it calmed down after. There is a 3 for $33 deal that is pretty amazing for happy hour. Pretty much all the appetizers. You are allowed to pick 1 drink and 2 food items. I got the classic aperol, it had a little too much aperol for my taste but still good and refreshing.

We got the Zucchini bingets and they were tasty, cheesy. Almost like a fritter but not so much. Also got the fries as well. They were good.

I got the mussels marinere with the coconut cream sauce and honestly I love when places offer mussels in a different kind of sauce than just white wine and garlic. The toast was perfection. My friend got the grilled chicken Paillard and she liked it, came with a side of red sauce. I'll be back for the happy hour to try the apps with seafood. I didn't get w chance to since my friend doesn't eat it. They even gave me a the chocolate mousse with a candle.“
