I love this bar for a fun drink with a friend or to have a leisurely lunch while catching up on work in the daytime. There no other bar like this in Los Angeles with it's old-school grandeur and amazing service. I invited out-of-town friends to the bar last night and they loved the drinks and chatting with Ben, Christine and Reggie. Great bar and servers. But new management discontinued the roasted salted almonds and instead serving salty trail mix ?? To paraphrase the former CEO of Costco -- "don't ('mess' )with the almonds !!!
