“I recently dined at Angelino Trattoria and had an amazing experience. The Roma pizza was absolutely delicious, with its perfect combination of flavors and a crispy crust that was just right. The mussels were cooked to perfection and the ravioli was filled with a delightful blend of ingredients that left me wanting more. The beet apple salad was a refreshing and unique dish that added a nice touch to my meal. Overall, everything I ordered at Angelino Trattoria was wonderful. The quality of the food, the attentive service, and the cozy atmosphere all contributed to an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend this trattoria to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.“

“Very interesting location being in KTown in a small strip mall (with parking!) and a block away from some hip bars like Lock & Key. There is also metered parking across the street but if you come late enough, it should be free. We came not knowing it was a vegetarian restaurant (our bad) but that didn't matter. The food was delicious nonetheless. Walking in, it feels boho chic with some sculptures and paintings of ancient beings (?). Menu is on the QR code where you can order and pay through your phone but the servers are there to help if anything.Squash Blossoms: Lightly battered, filled with ricotta, and fried with a pumpkin seed sauce that reminded me of satay sauce. The combo of cheese and sauce was a great contrasts. Comes with only 3 blossoms so kind of pricey for what it is but deliciousRoasted Cauliflower: Solid but I really like roasted cauliflower. Good portion and good proportion of cauliflower to sauceSpouting Brassica: Tangy and reminded me of the sweet chili thai sauce that you can get from the market. Fennel is not something I generally look to order but it didn't taste licorice-y maybe masked by the sauce.Jackfruit Barbacoa Fusili: The fusili was al dente, which is always great. Jackfruit felt like it was missing or lack the punch I usually associate with jackfruit. It's a solid dish though with the tomato and cheese sauce.Anderson Pizza: A bit too many conflicting flavors. Jalapeno + kimchee didn't seem to work for me. Pizza crust was good though but too many things going on and would've preferred a lighter pizza focusing on one flavor. They also specialize in wines. I got a cab but it was very light without much tannins, which was interesting. Tasty but unexpected.Overall, a solid meal with some hits, good and friendly service, and a cool vibe for a easy meal.“

“Beautiful restaurant with really good food! My husband and I came here with our dear friend who is a local and highly recommended the food here. Given that it's a tapas place, we ordered a big portion of the menu. Every item we got was excellent and really thoughtfully crafted. We especially loved the mushroom focaccia. As good as the food was, my favorite part of the restaurant was the atmosphere. The building is absolutely beautiful on the inside and outside. It's a very nice dim and intimate setting. The staff was top notch as well, making sure we were taken care of.“

That was very thoughtful and much appreciated. As it was we were there for my birthday and so we were not in a rush and could enjoy the skyline and cuisine. Ordered the shrimp cocktail, chicken liver and charred carrot starter. Had Cacio & Pepe, Charmoula and Duck Confit as our main. “Before we went, I read the reviews to find out the largest complaints and prepare for them. But actually our experience was pretty much perfect. We didn’t have to wait much at all (15 min) when we arrived at 7pm on Saturday. This was lucky. The queue very quickly filled while we waited. Some reviews said hostesses were unfriendly—not true at all for us. Others didn’t enjoy their pizza. But we ordered the Sicilian and white pizzas and loved them. They were even good after they cooled down. You should expect a hefty pizza though! It’s not a thin crust pizza. Between two people we had two pizzas and the Caesar salad. This was the perfect amount of food. We also tried two non alcoholic beverages, a wine and a beer. The beer is shockingly good and you cannot tell it has no alcohol. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The person at the counter who took our order stood out. He was communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. This is a place I am sure we will frequent ?We left around 9:30pm and there was a long line out the door of people waiting. Reservations are recommended.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.“

“3.5/5 This place has been on our list for a few months now after discovering it on social media. We came here on Valentine's Day after I made a reservation a week prior for outdoor seating (indoor reservation was not available for prime dinner hours when I looked). Their outdoor seating is ok. It did have heat lamps which was nice, however I'm not the biggest fan of sitting in the parklet barrier patios which have you sitting like 5 feet from zooming cars on the street. For some reason I was expecting either sidewalk seating or a back patio. I should have done my research. Our server was friendly and the timeliness of everything coming out from drinks, to apps, to bigger plates was perfect. Nothing rushed or slow. We did really enjoy our cocktails which is why I pushed my initial review from a 3 to a 4, however I found everything to be fairly overpriced. For the two of us, the cost was well over $220 with the tip. It was nice that we got to try some different foods, but the portions often were tiny for a high price point. I understand the location being in Los Feliz and LA in general, but this is just more so of a warning/disclaimer. I enjoyed the Pincanha steak. I thought the steak sauce that accompanied it was really tasty. The biggest disappointment to me was that I was under the impression that this place has *live* Brazilian funk music every Wednesday which is why after dinner we walked inside to see if we could grab a drink and check it out, but when I asked an employee, she said it was just a vinyl record. Not sure if this was just for that night, or if I misunderstood, but I just felt like that didn't really make this place all *too* special in the end. For the price point, I'd only stick to this place for a drink or two and move on.“

“Our experience at this restaurant was top notch. The food was excellent, but the service was perfect. They were so nice and accommodating. It was literally the best restaurant for kids, even though they don't have a children's menu! They offered half portions of pasta for our kids, and made a special "plain" dish for my picker eater. They also were very patient and helpful in dealing with a food allergy. Casual dress was just fine, although the interior and the food feel "fancy." “Great pizza. We love the heat and slice option! The only thing I will say is this; the vodka pizza is good, but we think there’s wayyy too much meat on it. The meat is a very strong tasting meat and too much of it kinda ruins the whole thing- makes it too oily, too heavy. Plus the pecorino on top is salt overload in this case. That’s just our humble opinion. We love ordering pizzana and highly recommend trying as many different pizzas as possible.“

“I found the dining experience disappointing overall. The bacon and polenta lacked flavor and presentation, especially considering the hefty price tag of $7 on the bacon. The French toast was overcooked and had a wet, eggy center. However, the chocolate almond croissant stood out. The homemade blueberry coffee cake was dry and lacked flavor. While the portions were generous, the quality didn't justify the $40+ per person price. On the brighter side, the hazelnut cookie was a highlight, especially when warmed up. The beignet lacked flavor and had a dense texture reminiscent of a donut, rather than the desired lightness. The fries and aioli were enjoyable, offering a satisfying combination.Despite the culinary disappointments, Sarah, the owner, was exceptional, and the interior decoration provided a stunning backdrop for a group gathering. While the food may not have been memorable, the ambiance and company can make the experience worthwhile. It all depends on your preference and priority for brunching.“

“I had my 1st time experience at Osteria this past Monday. The food was impeccable, gorgeous, and heavenly. I would give this place 5 stars if it were not for our service. Our server was awful. When the conversation at the table turns away from the amazing food to the server, this is bad. The ambiance was great - a little crowded but expected it to be this way. I am writing this review to tell this restaurant that when you pay top dollar(over $500 for two people) for such an amazing meal, your server should be enjoyable. She had told us that she would guide us through the menu and did nothing like this. We even wanted her and the kitchen to blind pick our third course - the entree. She either did not understand or ignored what we said. This was after she said that she would help us choose our primi - pasta selection and did nothing but wait for us to decide. She also showed her rush and dislike about us closing and finishing our bill and then after the fact saying we wanted two glasses of wine and that we would take a new bill. She sighed and was obvious in her dislike that we were asking for the wine. How, Osteria, can you have the most heavenly food and awesome sommelier and then leave us to a server who made our experience leaving a bad taste in our mouths....“

“We came here for Valentine's Day! While looking for something romantic but also laid-back, I came across Covell. They have an attached, intimate event space and were hosting a comedy night, as well as a live poet with a typewriter. It sounded perfect and I immediately loved how charming, unique and warm the space was. If I lived in Los Feliz, I'd be a regular here! We couldn't find a posted menu, but the way ordering works here is to describe what you're looking for to the very wine-knowledgeable bartenders, and they make recommendations for samples until you find your perfect glass. I described what I usually like and he nailed it on the first try. There is also draft beer if you aren't a wino. We were just feeling a lil peckish and ordered the Ricotta Toast and Chorizo and Dates and although they don't serve to the event space during a show, one of us saved a table while the other one went back for the food. The menu has a wide, interesting variety of snacks as well as fuller meals, which I appreciated! Overall, we had a great experience here and all of the staff were super nice. “I've been coming here to Bodevi many times this past year. I was so stoked when I found out they serve wine AND espresso. I initially was drawn to their WINE FLIGHTS and VEGAN CHARCUTERIE. But lately maybe because of the cold weather I've been craving their LOX & CREAM CHEESE TOAST and BLUEBERRY GINGER LATTE. They pay really great attention to detail because my lox toast is perfectly spread all the way to the edges. The salmon perfectly scrunched for texture (not just laid out flat) and topped with sliced red onions. Then drizzled with oil I think and perfectly garnished with dill and capers...yumm!! Love the orange slices as well! The blueberry ginger latte is so unique and pretty! It has a richness to it like mocha but perfectly balanced. I get mine with oat milk. And I love seeing actual blueberries on it to give it a nice finishing touch. Get this before they switch out their seasonal menu! Once the weather warms up I may go back to trying their wine flights again. I recommend THE DAVID BOWIE so you can have the assortment of white, rose, and red if you're trying their wines for the first time. Other items I definitely recommend are the BURRATA PISTACHIO SANDWICH (I get mine minus the prosciutto to make it vegetarian) , the VEGAN DELI SANDWICH, and the DEVILED EGGS. You can't go wrong with those. They're delicious! They even have an assortment of board games, chess, and checkers that you can play in the private room in the back. So chic and charming for big parties! Service is wonderful! My lattes always come out perfect here made by Caleb and Melissa! And like I said they pay attention to detail. There's also a self serve water station by the bar. Parking is FREE in the back parking lot. Front parking you have to pay for with coins not credit cards. Such an absolute GEM in San Fernando!“

“I love Eggs Benedict. It is my favorite breakfast food and a good Hollandaise is the sauce of the gods. I have had a least a hundred variations on the theme. For me, this is the best I've had. Their Hollandaise is fantastic. Eggs cooked perfectly. Potatoes are savory and lovely. Pull one through some sauce and yolk, it is genius. The salad is some greens nothing special there but the dressing is. It definitely is. The people are nice, welcoming and kind. Overall, my favorite breakfast place in Glendale.“

“I really like their concept and artfully designed menu. This place is a must for those who enjoy trying high end and unique specialty cocktails in a small upscale atmosphere. Cons: price is high but I get quality. They used to open at 3 but now don’t open until 5 so I can’t go randomly anymore ?“

“Looking forward to coming here again to try different items on their unique menu. The salad was delicious and the branzino was delicious as well. The plating was lovely as well. We added chicken to the salad for more protein and the chicken breast was quite tender and delicious! They ran out of the honey cake or I would have tried that but the panna cotta was a good replacement. Great friendly service, and it felt nice and spacious with a good amount of parking as well. Rather bright setting with large windows. Didn't expect this place to be such a hit!“
