“This is hands down my new favorite sushi place. I will never be going back to Katsuya. Joe is quite an extraordinary chef. I used to frequent a sushi restaurant he used to work at, but it wasn't the same after he left. I'm so grateful that I was able to find him here after a good hunt. Highly recommend!!!

“I genuinely cannot stop smiling I just had such an amazing dinner, I have had a hard time finding meals that feel exciting and satisfying lately but my mom is in town visiting and I took at as an opportunity to try something new and I’m grateful that I did. I had the miso ramen and it was fantastic but I wish I ordered the spicy miso and my mom had the teriyaki chicken which she also enjoyed. Portions were a great size and on top of it all they gave us free mochi that filled me with unbridled joy, the service was nothing short of excellent and this place was not busy enough for a Saturday night, you should go here.“

“It's down and dirty, proletariat BBQ at its finest. THAT's the secret weapon. Simplicity of design and meats that are properly seasoned, then smoked to perfection, with sauce that's on-point. I grew up eating BBQ. This place rocks.“

“Delicious sandwiches/wraps. My group tried the bens way gyro and the chicken delight. She made the meal as fast as she could and they turned out great. The large pita and hummus wasnt available at the time, so she made the medium. The pitas and hummus were top notch. Competitive pricing for sandwiches of this quality in the area.“

“Took my family to eat here last night we got sat quickly. Our food came out quickly, and our waitress was extremely kind And patient, Where I am from there are many Mexican restaurants with authentic Mexican food so to come by this place with original authentic Mexican food is amazing. I will suggest this place to anybody. I know coming around this area.“

“Delicious and authentic Venezuelan food! The cachapas, eggs perico style, and black beans were very flavorful, and the coffee was excellent. I am Venezuelan and the coffee was my favorite part, it tasted just like my dad always makes his coffee so very nostalgic for me. The iced cafe con leche was also delicious and perfectly balanced. The back patio is a nice atmosphere with lots of plants, and the server was friendly and helpful. I'm happy I found a good Venezuelan restaurant and coffee shop in my neighborhood and will be coming back soon!“

“I am vegan. When my family lived in North Hollywood Leonor's was my go to restaurant. It was one of the few restaurants that my entire family would frequent. We used to eat there before it was Leonor's (we are talking 1970s). I think in 1980s Leonor became the owner... I don't know who owns it now... if it is someone in the family or not.. however, the food is great. I miss it. It's been a while. When this heatwave in Los Angeles cools off I will go and order lunch... Hopefully I recognize a face or two.“

“I go to this restaurant often but that's because I live a few steps away. I always order to go but that's because they don't offer a dine-in option. For one who walks to this restaurant often, I look forward to walking back home. But that's not only because of my food in-tow, but the spectacular late evening sky that you're going to witness when on foot. But not because of where the restaurant is located (you can see this sky from any place} but because of the time it opens (evenings to 3am I think). What I'm trying to say is this restaurant, with it's strange name, has a few unexpected things up it's sleeve.“

“Greeted with a warm welcome and smiles all through the service. The food was amazing, and it was prepared upon order. We had orange chicken, Mongolian beef and wonton soup and the family loves it. We truly enjoy our dinner and definitely recommend this place for those looking for a delicious halal food in North Hollywood.“

“Have you ever entered a business and immediately feel like you just walked into your home where family is waiting to greet you? That was the very feeling I had when I stopped by the NoHo Cafe today. I knew the food was good as I used the delivery service before. Today I decided to visit the Cafe and I promise I’ll continue going frequently. The food is delicious but what won me over was the welcome and love you experience when you walk in the door. The staff is amazing... the Cafe has a very “welcome home” atmosphere. The complimentary cup of soup is AWESOME. I sat at a corner table allowing me to do what I love...watch people. As I enjoyed my delicious first meal of 2020 I watched as every person who entered was treated with care and joy. Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. The NoHo Cafe is a place I recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a good meal and to experience a “welcome home” feeling. Thank you NoHo Cafe for starting my 2020 with a reminder of the importance of kindness.“

“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. Definitely recommended.The beef noodle soup was great too!!! The perfect touch of sweetness and spiciness. Super flavorful. And the folks here were super welcoming and nice! “I've ordered from here twice now and both times the pizza has been prepared perfectly. It's some of the better pizza I've had in Los Angeles with it's thinner, crispier crust and the perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The wings are easily the best wings that I've had in LA, hot and crispy! If you enjoy the wings at Ye Rustic Inn, you'll love these!“

I am by far theeee pickiest person and was a bit nervous the entire planning of the wedding due to not physically being in LA until the weekend of. Due to still being on the east coast we could not even conduct a cake tasting. Thankfully cake monkey worked with me and set up a cake tasting packet for my sister in law to have.We fell for two flavors and could not chose 1 (German Chocolate & 9” Choco Malt). We decided to do a mixture of both flavors. When i tell you the day of my wedding the cake was not only simple, elegant yet beautiful (my theme) but ABSOLUTELY delicious. The way they mixed these flavors to where one did not overpower the other, but still gave you a pleasing and addictive want for more was just wonderful. I am very grateful for cake monkey and their professionalism, talent, and patience with how the run their business. Thank you guys very much.“

“Been to NoHo pizza many times over the years, but this time I convinced my girlfriend that it was worth it ordering from them. We did an online order for two pizzas with a side of ranch and a slice of cheesecake. Once we went to pick up our order, they had forgotten about the cheesecake and the ranch - no big deal - instead they gave us TWO cheesecake slices and FOUR cups of ranch as an apology.
