“Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in LA. My husband and I visit here 2-4 times a month. All the locations are beautiful and unique, but our favorite is Sherman Oaks. It's our home local restaurant, and the entire staff knows us and takes great care of us. It was just our 17th anniversary, and the staff made us feel so special. But then again, they always make us feel special, so we just love everything about this place. Our go-to must-haves are the chicken sliders, fries, and the little gem. And to end the meal, we order vanilla lattes, the best cake and ice cream. It's simply the best!“

“I had an absolutely wonderful time dining here. The food was consistently fresh and beautifully presented.

Every roll I tried was prepared with such care. I particularly loved the vibrant colors of the sushi, especially the beautiful orange slices of lemon resting right on top of the rolls. Everything tasted just as good as it looked.

I also tried the curry chicken 🐔 rice. The portion was a bit small, and the chicken was quite shredded, but the flavor was still pretty good.👍

“My wife and I are from Sacramento, we cane down to NOHO for Universal Studios. We got here a day early and we always search for Ramen. We cane across this place. The place is small and seating is limited. Let's fast forward to the food. We both got the OG tonkatsu ramen at a mild spice flavor and eggs rolls and spicy edemame. The eggs rolls weren't special, the edemame was really good. Now for the main ramen it was delicious. The broth was thick and flavorful, the meat was cut smaller than what I'm used to and it was definitely a plus. Overall I will definitely come here again when I'm in the city“

“This place is awesome, came for the World Cup but will be returning for the food, service and vibes. Mussels were so flavorful and filling. Grilled cheese and tomato soup paired nice. Fish and chip - drive are fresh and light, fish is so moist and light with little to no traces of oil. Drinks are heavy and great.

“We stopped by this little Greek restaurant before we went to the Greek theater. The kabobs were definitely prepared by a chef that knows what he is doing. You can tell it was authentic right when you walk in.
Spicy hummus was SPICY. Kabobs were very tender. I wish I lived closer!“

“First thing first, the sushi is really fresh. We got the toro, salmon belly, and the yellowtail belly. Saba is a little fishy. The rice is a bit mushy but good enough.

The cooked food is not as great. The agedashi tofu has too much breading and taste average. Kaiju tar tar is okayyy.

The service however took forever, and they never come to check up on us. Servers reach over to get dishes for other tables. Maybe they are short staffed but they should still handle us probably.“

Lauren, the manager and many hat wearing server, took exceptional care of our table. Food was fired in the right order. We had courses come out at just the right times and great suggestions from the staff. The Korean bbq wings, the cauliflower, burrata with peaches, and the bolognese were perfectly cooked and delicious. Drinks are also fantastic - I had a classic Negroni. We'll be back .“

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. We ordered our meat well-done, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and surprisingly juicy, which can be hard to find with well-done meat.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we were a large group, everything was handled smoothly, and the service was truly exceptional. “I am vegan. When my family lived in North Hollywood Leonor's was my go to restaurant. It was one of the few restaurants that my entire family would frequent. We used to eat there before it was Leonor's (we are talking 1970s). I think in 1980s Leonor became the owner... I don't know who owns it now... if it is someone in the family or not.. however, the food is great. I miss it. It's been a while. When this heatwave in Los Angeles cools off I will go and order lunch... Hopefully I recognize a face or two.“

“Came in hoping for brunch after a hardcore hiking and learned that breakfast wraps up at 11:45am — worth knowing. No regrets though, because I got the smash burger combo instead and it was excellent. Everything tasted freshly made, the drink came free, and the service was genuinely lovely. Only one thing bothers me was the heat… I’ll be back, and next time I’ll turn up before 11:45am.“
