“So delicious I had the crispy beef tacos with the lemon and Tajín shell and it was so yummy, the way the flavors from the shell blend in with the meat and the pickled onion was amazing I loved everything here and the service was so good . “This is by far the worst breakfast experiences I have ever had. If I could put zero stars I would. We put our order for scrambled eggs and eggs Benedict. Waited an hour and a half, finally went in to see what was going on and our order was never made. (Computer mistake) which I understood so then I asked to have our order to go. We waited and our food wasn’t put in to go containers. So we ate our food and they messed up scrambled eggs. They were inedible. Overall just terrible. They had such high reviews it was very upsetting.“

I happen to come in here when it was empty, which is usually how it goes for me, but they have all kinds of signature pizzas here and if you are somebody, that’s concerned about blood sugar they offer a cauliflower crust,

but I had to go with the large regular crust meat lovers pizza with extra cheese, but they also offer sandwiches!!

There is one bathroom here, but it is very cozy. The parking lot is small but you can see with all the different things at they offer.

They even offer pasta!! Like lobster ravioli! This is a huge menu. You have to come here and try this place out!!

“My brother and I had the most amazing night of superb jazz and food this past Sunday, entertained by Betty Bryant and ensemble. Her fingers moved like liquid gold on the keyboard and her compositions were witty and mesmerizing. The word that kept coming to mind as they performed was "subtle." The music was powerful, but so discrete as to be gentle and gentile. Woodwinds, Bass, and Drums - all played with the kind of delight that makes everyone love the performers as well as the music. As for food, one dish stood out particularly: the creamed spinach with blue cheese. Please tell Chef I would love that recipe! I'm back home in Tennessee now and plan to attempt to copy it, but having the authentic recipe to serve to friends when we entertain would be over the top! “Bacari Sherman Oaks was the most incredible dining experience I have had in a very long time. It was more than just great food. The staff at Sherman Oaks created a complete experience with ambiance, fantastic service, and creative dishes to choose from.

The ambiance is energetic yet relaxed, and the Mediterranean-inspired small plates are incredibly creative and fun to share. Every dish we tried was outstanding. Our server, I believe her name was Mallery, was absolutely fantastic. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail elevated an already amazing meal into something truly special.

Congratulations to the Bacari team for building something so unique. Bacari delivers an experience well beyond great food. I will enthusiastically recommend Bacari to everyone I know who visits Los Angeles, and I'll definitely be back when I'm in town.

“Totally worth the 70 minute drive. Delicious food and great Taiwanese hospitality. Friendly, attentive staff and wonderful atmosphere. Minced Pork (Lu-Rou) Rice, fully loaded delicious stewed pork with egg. Meats are juicy and tender, kinda on the sweet side. Clamshell bun (Gua Bao) comes with tender thick cut pork, a bit on the salty side, but very well cooked. Fatty but not greasy. Thousand layer pancake with egg and basil was crispy and flaky. The basil flavor is a wonderful addition. Scallion bread sandwich was what we expected. Same tender thick cut pork, very happy to eat this. Next time I will probably get the beef, too much pork belly today Wonton soup is very classic, if you like shrimp wontons, you have to try this. We ended the meal with Hakka mochi and Oolong tea, the mochi tasted just like the ones in Taiwan. The tea was fragrant and is just the perfect compliment to the mochi. Overall an amazing meal with warm and friendly people, highly recommend!“

Every roll I tried was prepared with such care. I particularly loved the vibrant colors of the sushi, especially the beautiful orange slices of lemon resting right on top of the rolls. Everything tasted just as good as it looked.

“I dined at this Luna Grill location this past Saturday, July 18th with a old friend of mine after a hike near JPL. Even though two days have passed, I notice that I really enjoyed the food and wished this location was closer to me because I am already craving it again! The food, and the quality in which it was cooked, was absolutely delicious. From the tender and juicy pieces of chicken that was coming off the skewer, to the good ole pita bread, humus, and refreshing salad as my sides, everything was great! A young man working at the location, Dylan, was the one who took our order and even brought it out to us. He was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, as well as displaying true authentic patient with me when it came to figuring out what I wanted to order. Dylan demonstrated his knowledge of the menu, personally describing each item and giving me his personal recommendations. While I played it safe and ordered something based off my cravings, I still appreciated his guidance and frequent check-ins while we were eating. All and all, big shout out to the LA Canada 21 location, and Dylan, for the pleasant dining experience that day! We'll certainly be back again soon.“

“First thing first, the sushi is really fresh. We got the toro, salmon belly, and the yellowtail belly. Saba is a little fishy. The rice is a bit mushy but good enough.

The cooked food is not as great. The agedashi tofu has too much breading and taste average. Kaiju tar tar is okayyy.

The service however took forever, and they never come to check up on us. Servers reach over to get dishes for other tables. Maybe they are short staffed but they should still handle us probably.“

The food portions are a little lackluster but the options are expensive. Get water and your drink for there are too few servers to attend to timely refills. This is the type of place you would expect to have carafes of juice and personal pots of coffee but nah, cant be bothered. Cocktails are whats on one of the two menus, so that accounts for part of the noise, too.“
