Quaint little shop with a variety of Japanese food and boba! They had great options for ramen, curry, sushi, and hand rolls. Food tasted homemade and restaurant quality. Happy hour menu from 3-7pm. Lovely service as well 😊

Burosu ramen & Sushi is a small, family-run spot tucked inside a courtyard in Studio City. The intimate space has approximately 20 seats indoors and a patio with cute small tea party tables, creating a cozy atmosphere with plants and decorative fixtures. The happy hour menu, available everyday from 3pm to 7pm except Tuesdays, offers excellent value with a good selection of sushi, ramen, bowls, and boba.
The ramen bowls are the main event, with a rich, comforting broth. The Tonkatsu broth is the real deal with depth and richness, while the ramen noodles closely resemble those served in Japan with a pleasantly firm texture and authentic bite. The sushi is surprisingly strong for a ramen-forward spot, with rolls that have great texture and flavor. The spicy tuna crispy rice is a must-order: crunchy, spicy, and addictive. The temaki options are excellent, and the sashimi and sushi rolls are notably fresh and beautifully presented.
Dessert is impressive, with matcha soft serve that is generous, delicious, and not too sweet. Adding boba to the soft serve is a must, as the pearls remain soft and chewy. The dreamy blue (butterfly pea flower tea with whole milk) is delicious and refreshing. Service is outstanding, with an attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Free underground parking is a big plus. Recommended especially during happy hour.
