There is a new girl working the cash register that clearly needs to be retrained. She has a dyed-blonde ponytail and messed up my receipt, badly. She charged me for 5 espresso shots when they should not be costing anything (3 included and 2 were paid by my Star rewards). I had to call over a manager and the woman didn't even apologize for messing it up, she kind of just stood there and watched me. She is clearly frazzled by the whole atmosphere and should not be working at Starbucks....read full review

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and I honestly can’t count the number of celebrity sightings, fascinating conversations, and genuinely kind staff I’ve encountered here. Back in the day, it really was the place to be. You’d find locals from the entertainment industry who lived in the nearby canyons and Studio City, and on awards mornings it was one of the best spots in town for a little people-watching.
