I CALLED THE S CIITY PHONE # for curbside pickup. They asked my vehicle info (color, make etc) then when we arrived 15 minutes later and called for the food to be brought down, they said it was too dark. ??? When I inquired they said I must've called their call center (no) and they couldn't bring the food down. Curbside pickup? Apparently not. Very frustrating.
CPK what can I say? BBQ Chicken Salad and their other salads is why I go..the serive is always good and the food is consistent. They lost two stars because the manager their has the look and body language of someone who's waiting to throw someone out of the restaurant. And the chicken in their salads omg, dry dry dry..and nasty..they can't figure out how to do it. Too bad. It's no wonder CPK has been hurting

This specific branch is the best version of CPK there is - the staff are above and beyond amazing, always treating our baby and us like VIPs, as well as all customers around us. They remember our names and orders and are always efficient. The food is consistent and there is never a long wait, making it convenient.
