We like CPK especially the tortilla soup, BBQ chop and a pizza a 10 year won't complain about...but the Banh Mi (Lack of) Power bowl is a rip. The most sparse and bland salad I have ever had for $18.99. This was beyond disappointing and not satisfying for the price. This should be removed from the menu and then removed from our atmosphere.

This specific branch is the best version of CPK there is - the staff are above and beyond amazing, always treating our baby and us like VIPs, as well as all customers around us. They remember our names and orders and are always efficient. The food is consistent and there is never a long wait, making it convenient. Quiet and usually has a small tv showing the game, which is perfect if I want to catch a score but not let the night be about that while with my family. It's our go to spot. Can't recommend enough

I CALLED THE S CIITY PHONE # for curbside pickup. They asked my vehicle info (color, make etc) then when we arrived 15 minutes later and called for the food to be brought down, they said it was too dark. ??? When I inquired they said I must've called their call center (no) and they couldn't bring the food down. Curbside pickup? Apparently not. Very frustrating.

CPK what can I say? BBQ Chicken Salad and their other salads is why I go..the serive is always good and the food is consistent. They lost two stars because the manager their has the look and body language of someone who's waiting to throw someone out of the restaurant. And the chicken in their salads omg, dry dry dry..and nasty..they can't figure out how to do it. Too bad. It's no wonder CPK has been hurting

We had spaghetti with shrimps and zucchini, it was terrible, the noodles were not cooked properly, the zucchini had no taste, and my dish had a lot of water with few noodles in it. my friend had the same dish, we think that the cook did NOT PREPARED 2 orders, from one he got the two orders, had no salt or pepper no olive or any sauce, my other friend got chicken salad with barbecue, she could not eat the chicken she said it did tasted dry and old, the service was bad, it was bad to spend so much money for a crappie dinner.
I ordered delivery and the chicken portion was half the size it used to be. It was quite pricey and I'll never order chicken piccata iagain via delivery!

We got tired of coming here and getting cold pizza. I think they're trying to get rid of people using their dodger pizza promo by serving cold pizza. Worked for us. Wld be really sad if they served their regular price pizza cold, since it's overpriced. Something changed this year.. can't seem to go to any cpk and get hot pizza. We will not be returning since we prefer hot pizza.

we have came to this cpk and many others as well. just wanted to state the server Micheal the worst customer service i've ever seen. so extremely disappointed took forever to get our refills waited maybe like 10 mins for him to not even bring it and we had to ask someone else. he also didn't help with any questions that we had about the menu. will never go back just because of him. unlike his horrible customer service waitressserver Erika was amazing she wasn't even our waiter and she helped us more then Micheal did. will definitely recommend to ask for her if you ever go.

This place has come down considerably in the last few months.We used to frequent this place for the last couple of years but I see the service has gone down badly.The food too is not upto the mark.Pizza was cold when it arrived at our table. Reheating the pizza made it super hard and chewy.I would probably opt for the different CPK than this in the future.
