“The ramen 🍜 here is really good and the quality of the food is impressive. Ramen 🍜 bowls costing around $20.

I also tried the curry chicken 🐔 rice. The portion was a bit small, and the chicken was quite shredded, but the flavor was still pretty good.👍

The restaurant is clean and pleasant🥰. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, especially in the hot🔥 LA weather. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would consider coming back.“

“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

“My wife and I are from Sacramento, we cane down to NOHO for Universal Studios. We got here a day early and we always search for Ramen. We cane across this place. The place is small and seating is limited. Let's fast forward to the food. We both got the OG tonkatsu ramen at a mild spice flavor and eggs rolls and spicy edemame. The eggs rolls weren't special, the edemame was really good. Now for the main ramen it was delicious. The broth was thick and flavorful, the meat was cut smaller than what I'm used to and it was definitely a plus. Overall I will definitely come here again when I'm in the city“

“The ramen was great! Portions were good, broth was nice, noodles were cooked well. Toppings, however, are limited to only 3. I got the curry ramen which was different but unique. Also got garlic edamame...for the price it was a small portion but tasted great.

The service was fast. You order through tablets outside or inside. Reminiscent of Japan.

There's bar seating and a couple booths inside with additional seating outside. The space is very cozy and welcoming. Downside is parking. Its only street parking or if youre lucky the lot across the street.“

“Been wanting to try this place for a couple years now. Glad we finally did. Excellent food, much better than any Jinya Ramen. We had a bunch of appetizers. Indeed, their Takoyaki was amazing, Howard Yang! 😍 We had 2 seasonal specials, the Spicy Crispy Shrimp Roll and the cold Tan Tan ramen. Both were fantastic, albeit a bit too spicy for me. Service is super friendly. We will definitely be back. Want to try a bunch of other things, including the hot ramens.“

Food: on the recommendation of our server, who was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and attentive, we ordered the Takoyaki and our server's favourite Spicy Garlic Pork Shoyu Ramen x 2. The latter was described as a "spicy soy sauce tonkatsu broth with garlic is served with two slices of chashu pork, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, egg, fried onions, seaweed, green onions, and buttered corn". I absolutely love ramen, and, to me, what defines any bowl is the soup base, described by a very learned chef as "an intensely porky, opaque pale broth with a sticky-lipped intensity, with the rich, buttery texture of light cream; the best sports tiny nubbins of fat swimming around on their surface, a slick of mayu (black garlic oil) or chile-sesame paste, a handful of thin-sliced green onions, a soft-yolked soy-sauce tinged egg, and a few slices of meltingly tender chashu pork belly". The broth definitely reflected the events described, and the many hours spent in preparation, with a rich texture and flavour, complemented, but not over-powered by either the chili nor the garlic. It was a wonderful recommendation that we would order again! All in all, the evening that left us very satisfied in terms of having our hunger sated, and taste buds quite happy... the true test is whether we return, and, should we find ourselves back in the city, we would most definitely make a return trip to try other dishes!!“

“I’m a pretty big foodie and have traveled extensively and lived in Japan and this place has my favorite ramen in the world. Their dandan ramen has such a delicious balance of flavor with a pitch-perfect amount of numbing Szechuan peppercorn. I recommend one of their tiny spoonfuls of complementary truffle oil to make it truly transcendent. If you enjoy Szechuan peppercorn at all, this will definitely be for you. Highly recommended!“

We asked for ramen and poke bowl and they comes with very very delicious appetizers and boba drinks !! Like what ??? Really really amazing!! And honestly I’m soooo strict with customer service and this guy was really amazing!! Give him an increase in his salary!!

We first discovered this restaurant through online ordering during the start of the Covid pandemic. Every time we ordered here since then, the food and service have always been consistent. I highly recommend this place to get your ramen fix. No other ramen place in Glendale can taste as good as this!“

“got here at 11:29 AM and they were just opening up setting up the chairs in the tables outside. Everything inside looks nice. We ordered three different Ramen. They asked how hot how spicy and if you want the signature version or the regular version, the signature version comes with the lid over it and it smoked so when you take the lid off all the smoke comes out very nice touch. I also got some dumplings to add on top. Everything was delicious. Ramen cost about 25 bucks and the sodas for five dollars. There’s also cold tapwater available with paper cups.“

Ramen Izakaya is great from take out or dine with a plethora of beverage options as well as eats. Available through doordashz grubhub and ubereats this small chain biz has an incredible creamy vegan ramen, spicy lemon grass ramen, veggie spring rolls, tofu nuggets, shishito peppers, edamame, rice bowls, salads, soups and lots of traditional Japanese and ramen dishes that will please your taste buds times two. They have some decent outdoor seating, but incredibly indoor and a huge parking lot in back. The service is always good and usually very personable. A unique Japanese cuisine eatery with some LA Valley flavor and modern plant-based flare.“

Extremely disappointed to see an ai generated image in the advertising outside. It doesn’t look like food, is gross and shows the owners are happy to cut corners where they can instead of taking a real photo of the food they make, or (even better) hiring a local photographer to hell them. A photo of a roll isn’t that hard to take, but seeing a gross ai picture is what will stop me from coming here again. I don’t want to find out what other corners the owners cut if a single photo for their lunch stand is a task too hard for them. Big yikes, Kanpai.“

“Love this place! My family and I went this week and will be back soon. Keep in mind this not a place to dine, pick up or delivery only. The miso ramen has so much flavor. If you like it spicy, the HEAT is there! The spicy tuna nachos BOMB and refreshing. My daughter is a picky eater and there was something for her too that she enjoyed, crispy chicken on rice. The staff is also very friendly and attentive which is always very important and hard to find now a days. Thank you!“
