got here at 11:29 AM and they were just opening up setting up the chairs in the tables outside. Everything inside looks nice. We ordered three different Ramen. They asked how hot how spicy and if you want the signature version or the regular version, the signature version comes with the lid over it and it smoked so when you take the lid off all the smoke comes out very nice touch. As a die hard meat eater, I was curious how I would like the vegan ramen. Oh wow, so good! Different taste than Japanese ramen, but that does NOT mean worse. Amazing flavor, open late. This was my second time here and I will be back.

REDWHITE BONELESS RAMEN is a real hidden gem in downtown LA. The place has a super warm and cozy vibe with a touch of romance. It is small, and you can watch the chef preparing the food in the back. The ramen is genuinely delicious and not overly salty. The white truffle ramen is incredibly aromatic and a real treat for the palate. The garlic miso, white truffle miso, and red hot miso ramens are available. The garlic miso broth is VERY thick but flavorful, with a healthy layer of oil at the top. There is no meat topping unless you add it for extra, and there is tofu in the broth. The red hot miso is a must to have. The dumplings are so good too and a perfect addition to the ramen. Noodles are cooked perfectly. The vegan ramen is so good, with amazing flavor. The staff were lovely, nice, and respectful. There is complimentary water as well as other drink options, no alcohol. Ramen cost about 25 bucks and sodas for five dollars.
