Amazing value and delicious food
I’m a pretty big foodie and have traveled extensively and lived in Japan and this place has my favorite ramen in the world. Their dandan ramen has such a delicious balance of flavor with a pitch-perfect amount of numbing Szechuan peppercorn. I recommend one of their tiny spoonfuls of complementary truffle oil to make it truly transcendent. If you enjoy Szechuan peppercorn at all, this will definitely be for you. Highly recommended!
We picked up The Dan Dan to go. Very delicious. A bit spicy but not excessive, unless you are averse to spicy food. Will try again.

Torisoba Tonsho is a great new ramen spot in LA specializing in chicken products. The Original, The Dan Dan, and The Lemon Butter Ramen are all fantastic choices. The broth is creamy and rich, with incredible depth of flavor and a good amount of fat. The noodles have the perfect chewy texture, and the chicken chashu is tender and moist. The Karaage is crispy and light, making for a delightful meal. The restaurant is clean, with a calming ambience and professional staff providing attentive service. The Dan Dan has a nice kick of spice and a unique balance, while the chicken gyoza served with yuzukosho are delicious. Overall, Torisoba Tonsho is a fantastic place to enjoy flavorful chicken ramen near work. Highly recommended for a great dining experience, whether for a quick lunch or a relaxing dinner.
