The thick pork bone and fish soup has a deep umami flavor and a slightly smoky taste which is unique. A very good experience.
I was totally satisfied when we decided to go for a quick dinner at this ramen place in San Gabriel near the Hilton Hotel. I ordered the spicy ramen and it was sooo good. Love the spicy ingredients along with the thick noodles. 😋 My friends had the Tonkotsu instead. Both dishes are good. Would love to try the other dishes in the menu as well. 🍜😍
Tsujita La Artisan Noodle Annex is the best Dipping Ramen ( Tsukemen ) in LA , closest noodles I’ve felt in Japan.
Here the noodles are thick and springy, they kept separate from garlicky and flavorful broth to maintain the chewable.
