Ramen were super good and excellent customer service.
My teenagers and I were impressed with the simplicity of flavors of all our dishes. We started off with an assorted sashimi plate that had 3 pieces each of tuna, salmon, kampachi, and Japanese scallops and a plate of scallop carpaccio. It was soo yummy that we ordered another plate of scallop carpaccio and then we felt like we just had to try the kampachi carpaccio. Sooo good and the scallops just melt in your mouth!

Burnt Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen-Smooth shoyu Soup stock, melt in the mouth pork belly and onsen egg, absolutely to die for 😋. Another dish is A5 Wagyu Beef Ramen - served in Shoyu seasoned beef broth and a5 wagyu rib cap, onsen egg. Yep! I said it enough, we shall have our visit again and again😍😍.

IKI Ramen + Sushi is a restaurant that offers excellent, authentic cuisine and great service. The quality is exceptional and the food tasted very fresh. While it is pricey, customers feel they get what they pay for. The restaurant has a full sushi bar, and one guest had some of the best sushi in a long time. The food is fantastic, and the homemade sauce that a Japanese family makes for the ramen is a standout. The freshness of the ingredients makes the place stand out. The atmosphere is wonderful, with a sleek Japanese vibe. The service is prompt and perfect, with a very chill vibe and a nice playlist. One server was unbelievably patient and kind with a large, loud group, and surprised them with four bowls of ice cream on the house. Another guest received ice cream at the end of their meal. The restaurant has a great variety of non-sushi food, so even someone who does not like sushi can be completely happy. It is the only good ramen in the area, with a good drink selection. Customers will definitely come back and refer their friends.
