We loved the authentic noodles and warm hospitality. Our lovely server also recommended me to drink the Tenth degree ginjo instead of regular sake, which I liked a lot.

Every year when I visit LA, stopping by Kazan as soon as I arrive has become a tradition. I absolutely love their ramen!
My one suggestion would be to bring back the original recipes from 2023–2024, especially the rich, creamy truffle broth. The newer, sweet versions and other variations are good, but nothing quite compares to the original. It was truly exceptional!
