“I’m a local and always hit this spot up. It’s great quality, well priced and their ramen is better than many well renowned ramen spots in the valley. Honestly it’s under rated. It’s not “special” in terms of vibe it’s kind of cafe-style rather than fancy restaurant but I’d come here for any occasion and is an absolute staple for a quick lunch, a nice midweek dinner, and the service is always speedy and the staff are attentive and friendly…. honestly we come here like twice a week haha. Umigame we ❤️ you!?“

“I discovered Nomura from Google reviews and was not disappointed! I ordered sashimi snapper, salmon, and tuna, and all three were absolutely fresh and flavorful. My BF, who officially hates sushi and sashimi, was interested in returning and exploring some of the rolls other tables had ordered!
It was an excellent experience, and I will absolutely return.“

“I never leave reviews, but as someone who loves sushi and has eaten at most of the restaurants and hole in the walls in the valley — this place is hands down at the top. The atmosphere isn’t fancy, more casual, but the happy hour deal and the quality of the food is solid. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more lovely. Highly recommend giving it a shot for a casual date night or if you’re craving some solo sushi time :)“

“My girlfriend and I came in here looking for some solid ramen and got exactly that. She just got back from Japan and explained how it’s the exact style of ramen they have there. I’m a self-proclaimed food snob and this was easily the best ramen I’ve ever consumed. Plus, the cucumber appetizer will blow your mind.
I got the classic tonkotsu, she got the miso ginger. Both were incredible. The broth, the egg, the noodles (both vegan and not).
The service was also incredible. The host sat us at “his favorite table.” Our waiter, Rainer, was extremely kind and asked a ton about us. When we raved about the cucumber appetizer, he told the chef, Alex, who then came out and chatted with us about the dish, where we’re from, and our love for food.
Will definitely be coming back and highly recommending to the homies“

“I love that I can customize my ramen !! I prefer noodles soft, and other ramen places I go I can't ask for softer noodles but here I have that option. Besides that the soup base is very rich I ordered big king squid ink soup ??. Will go back again while I'm in “

“I've been going to this Ramen spot for a couple of years now, and in my opinion this is the best ramen I've had. I've been to places in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, but I think this place comes out on top.
If you are looking for one of the best bowls of ramen you can get this place will not disappoint.“

“The ramens were amazing! Awesome flavors that were not like all the other ramen places I’ve tried. I especially loved the Lemon Butter ramen because I could add truffle oil to it. That made it rich, yet easy on the palate. The staff is so sweet and welcomes you with a smile. I will be back!(:“

“They really lost their way following covid, but the last two visits have been solid. Not quite as good as they used to be, but back on track.
Service this time was excellent, especially considering how busy it was and how light the staff.“

“Very tasty, actually delicious food. All of it. We tried two kind of ramen: yuzu and Japanese curry, then avocado roll and truffle mac n' cheese. Everything was phenomenal and made with care. Very kind staff.
Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free noodles option.“

“I genuinely cannot stop smiling I just had such an amazing dinner, I have had a hard time finding meals that feel exciting and satisfying lately but my mom is in town visiting and I took at as an opportunity to try something new and I’m grateful that I did. I had the miso ramen and it was fantastic but I wish I ordered the spicy miso and my mom had the teriyaki chicken which she also enjoyed. Portions were a great size and on top of it all they gave us free mochi that filled me with unbridled joy, the service was nothing short of excellent and this place was not busy enough for a Saturday night, you should go here.“

“Tsujita La Artisan Noodle Annex is the best Dipping Ramen ( Tsukemen ) in LA , closest noodles I’ve felt in Japan. Here the noodles are thick and springy, they kept separate from garlicky and flavorful broth to maintain the chewable. It’s perfect for me!“

“Outstanding all around - Tsujita is committed to excellent food, excellent service, and an unpretentious atmosphere. The menu is great because it is so small: it essentially is Ramen or Tsukemen, served with pork or vegan, spicy or regular.
Vegetarian options: Vegan ramen available and it looks great!“

“I really loved this place! A little bit on the pricey side of ramen, but definitely worth it for the price! I don’t usually go for tonkotsu ramen, but this actually tasted like a ramen place in Japan. In reminded me of the food I had there years ago! Ordering outside also reminded me of ordering food in japan and it even hands you a “ticket” (your receipt) like as if you were getting a food ticket in Japan! Absolutely love! The service was really great with it being relatively quick and very nice. I will definitely be coming back more times and even want to try their $30 Kotoya Ramen! There was not a lot of parking available for its patrons with only parking in the neighborhood or street parking on a fairly busy street, but for a weekend lunch, it was fairly easy to get a street parking.“

“Came here for my birthday and enjoyed it so much! The roles were very fresh and the booth we sat in, was comfortable with a private vibe. We got three large rolls and ended up taking one of them home. It was a lot of food. I also got a cocktail that was very strong!“

“Let's start with the service extremely helpful and very fast. You can choose to use the kiosk to or order at the register. Personally I usually walk away with the "build your own" adding an extra egg and green onions. Though no matter what you go for I'm sure you will love it.“

“Am a night owl, part-time nighthawk. I usually get there between Juan 1:00 a.m. and 2:15am. I love ramen; traditional ramen ( leave out the corn please ?). They have great ramen. The staff is nice, friendly. The salt ramen is spot on. The broth is great, good portions, and it's just delicious. They are open super late and that's fantastic. Bottom line It's an excellent late night ramen place that doesn't compromise. (I don't like doing stuff. The fact that I'm stopping to write a review should speak volumes to the awesomeness) --With love your late night, Goth-fiend..?
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but I've noted the options which is cool
Parking: It has a small shared parking lot. There's street parking but I can imagine it's hard at night. It's going to be tougher during the day but that's everywhere. There is Street parking at least“

“いらっしゃいませ!! I had Nippon Ramen for the first time!! 美味しい!! So delicious the broth & the noodles is perfect!! Homemade!! So satisfying!! 満足!! The waitress with very nice attitude suggested us the vegetable with meat tons of sauce. We liked it so much!! Japanese restaurant looks great wonderful marvelous such a new style. Long time visit!! My parents disliked the taste. I prefer Nippon Ramen other that that the chashu, miso shoryu & shio ramen are okay. No fried rice & gyoza. I will be supporting this business once for all. ありがとう!! ごちそうさま!! I should take my friends to Ramen Nippon at Reseda Blvd once a while if available. That’s all. Happiest day in my life.
Parking: The parking lot is small hard to find. Squeeze it in. It’s not problem. Watch out for cars.
Kid-friendliness: Just like the waitress. Very nice. Super friendly.“

“Great ramen spot I've been coming to for years. My go-to order is definitely the spicy chicken (first pic). Another great one is the Black Ramen (second pic). Parking is quite tight since it shares its lot with other businesses, but it's still worth it. Couldn't recommend this spot enough
They must have the Ratatouille guy back there in the kitchen, tearing it up. That's the only way I can figure out how they make their ramen this bussin'.
Dietary restrictions: Offer Gluten free noodles“
