About Moto Ramen

Moto Ramen offers flavorful and fresh food with good service. The spicy tonkotsu has a nice heat, while the tan tan men ramen is now a favorite for many, including those who typically do not enjoy ramen. The nutty and spicy flavor of the tan tan men, along with the addition of garlic, enhances the experience. The menu includes Spicy Miso ramen with a generous portion, and many also love the Chicken Karaage, gyoza, California roll, shio ramen, and vegan ramen. Side dishes and sushi are also delicious, and the iced teas receive praise as well. The spicy level is just right, and the condiments, like roasted garlic, add to the enjoyment.

Customers consistently praise the kind and attentive staff, who create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure diners are well taken care of. The restaurant has a mom and pop feel, and even gets to know regular customers. Parking can be a challenge, but options include the small lot behind the restaurant or parking further out and walking. With excellent and diverse food, Moto Ramen remains a popular choice, evident by the lines out front during busy times. The lunchtime salmon bento box is noted as being incredibly good.

Good and delicious food…happy hour is great!
Great food but…

… there is one server who has been rude every time I’ve been in the restaurant.

She’s been rude and short with me. I’ve seen her act the same towards other customers.

I’m not sure what her problem is all about. Maybe the ownership can keep a better eye on their servers and weed out the one with the sour attitude.

Customer service is everything. Hopefully the owners will take notice and correct and/or remove this problem.
Really, one of the best Japanese restaurants on the westside. Must try the Karaage.
