“Budonoki is a true hidden gem. Every dish is beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and genuinely satisfying. The owner is warm and welcoming, and the service is thoughtful—our server even surprised us with complimentary items from the chef, all of which were outstanding.
My husband and I keep coming back and have brought clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had a great experience. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate with dim lighting, limited seating, and a relaxed vibe set to tasteful hip hop in the background.
Overall, it’s a standout spot we’re always happy to return to.“

“What a gem find. I’ve always walked by this place but never knew it was izakaya cuz they’re closed during lunch time. I’m so glad i decided to pop in cuz it was great! The corn… omg so good!!! A must try. Their sashimi is very fresh and cut into big juicy pieces. I loved their sushi tacos cuz they were unique; proportion of the fish to rice was perfect. Ambience of this shop is very chill and modern, I highly enjoyed my dining experience here. I would definitely come back

“This is my second time here and I can confidently say this is the best izakaya I’ve ever been to. A solid five stars without a doubt! The service is excellent, and the chef is so friendly and engaging. But the real highlight is the food. I’ve tried so many dishes, and unbelievably, every single one was delicious! I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for making such incredible food!“

“Fantastic sushi with consistently fresh fish and great quality. The unagi sushi is the standout—perfectly grilled, tender, and incredibly flavorful, easily the best I’ve had. The tempura is also excellent: light, crispy, and not greasy. Definitely worth a visit.“

“Izakaya Miyoung is an absolute hidden gem! We ordered the yakitori skewers, fish cake soup, and chicken wings, and let me tell you, every single bite was delicious. The portions were perfect for sharing, making it a great spot to come with friends.
Our waiter was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and spot-on with his sake recommendation, which paired beautifully with our food. The vibe here is warm and inviting, and I loved the interior design, it really adds to the whole experience.
This place is definitely going on my list of go-to spots. Can’t wait to come back, have some drinks, and try even more dishes from the menu!“
