Absolutely delicious! We got multiple things as well as the chef 8 piece omakase. They make their own soy sauce, treat everyone kindly and serve great food. Hidden gem!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the new location is a high-quality sushi restaurant that the neighborhood has been wanting. The food is delicious, with fresh, flavorful fish. The ambiance is peaceful and happy, clean, beautiful, casual but still elegant. UONIGIRI is easily one of the best sushi spots. The omakase is incredible — every course feels intentional and beautifully balanced. The sushi chef is highly skilled and carries a certain level of class and grace. The food itself is downright amazing — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and plated like art. The portions are generous. The Eggplant appetizer was luscious and very tasty.
