This was my first time here. They ask you to remove shoes and you sit on the floor.Food was great.We ordered the following items:1. Garlic edamame2. Miso soup3. seaweed salad4. House salad5. Salmon Blue crab - loved it as well6. toro trio - delish!!!7. Black truffle salmon - it was decent8. Sashimi CarpaccioDefinitely recommend this spot.Parking: It could take some time to find parking.
This is a pricier traditional Japanese sushi establishment. I had the Chirashi bowl which was absolutely delicious. You will need to remove your shoes when entering and the seating is low to the floor, as it is in traditional Japan. Underneath the table is a space for you to stretch your legs. The fish was very fresh. The staff is very accommodating. Dishes range from 50 - 100 dollars. The mochi Ice-cream was fire, if you decide to get dessert.

The "sushi bar" in Los Angeles is relatively high. That being said, Irori is pretty good. The sushi is decent and the 80's sushi vibe is alive. Taking your shoes off and deep fried ice cream are two examples.
