“Two things that indicate this is a true Japanese cuisine . They serve real grated wasabi and the head chef looks like Mr Miyagi. 5 stars all around . Food is flawless and is freshly prepared so there is wait and gaps between dishes . Prepare to drink up. Wagyu skirt steak is incredible.“

“I was honestly impressed with the food and the uniqueness of their rolls. I had one with salmon and cream cheese that was hitting hard that I cant quite remember the name to. The prices were on the higher end but I was well satisfied overall. Service was also great which I noticed reviews weren't too fond of.“

From the red lanterns to the nook style row of chairs by the bar, the entire ambiance mimics the hole in the wall Japanese bars of shinjiku and shibuya. Almost every nostalgic Japanese whiskey and gin is available in well curated cocktails. The paid vacation was my choice“

“Izakaya Ringo exceeded my expectations! Their fish was so fresh and melted in my mouth. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was incredibly kind and hospitable! “Great place to hang out with friends! It’s our first visit so didn’t realize it’s more like a bar than restaurant -.- we ordered too much… the roasted chicken is soooo good! We ordered garlic rice as a side of roasted chicken. And all fired dishes are highly recommended! People at next table order grapefruit drinks and smells so good! Already plan to go a second time and order the grapefruit drink!

“it was yakitori and izakaya place. it was sooo nice and good. it's pricey though, but that's what fine dining is right..!? so i think it is pretty good, to come with famz or colleagues 😃👍🥰“

“When you think about authentic Japanese noodle houses from the movies, this place is what probably will come to mind. Servers and entire staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food came quick and was very good. This would be my go-to sushi spot to bring friends just to show off the atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good place to eat.“

“I have been coming to Sojuya for several years. At first, I was a little intimidated because there’s lots of options on the menu, but the staff is friendly and willing to help answer any questions you have. We come here at least one a month, more times if we have family coming in from out of town as it’s a great spot to to take them that I know will be different than they have in their home town. This place is my go to for great food, awesome service and a fun atmosphere. It is also my go to if I have a larger party. Anytime I have come here with a party of 6,8 or even 10 people, the host doesn’t even bat an eye and space is found for us. I love the ability to get great Korean comfort food along with the best yakatori. We love the vibe, the people and the food here. Thank you Sojuya! It is always a treat to come.“
