it was yakitori and izakaya place. it was sooo nice and good. it's pricey though, but that's what fine dining is right..!? so i think it is pretty good, to come with famz or colleagues 😃👍🥰
Every dish is as good as all the others: wagyu beef, pork belly, pork cheek, beef tongue, hearts, gizzards, octopus, rice ball. We will definitely be back for more.
This is our family’s favorite local yakitori restaurant. The service is excellent and the food is tremendous! Every single skewer for pretty much all items is grilled to perfection. My daughter absolutely loves the Yaki onigiri. It’s probably the best one out of all the other places nearby. Izakaya isn’t cheap so if you order drinks (sake, beer) and depending on party size, expect to pay a decent amount. All of it, of course, worthy every penny!

Hasu Japanese Izakaya & Grill is a top spot for Yakitori in LA. The divine yardbird is expertly prepared and presented, with other remarkable side dishes. The menu offers a sprawling variety of skewers, from chicken thigh to vegetables like blistered cherry tomatoes and king oyster mushrooms. The house specialty, chicken heart artery, is deeply seasoned and memorable. The restaurant is known for its great service and the staff is very attentive and friendly, checking in from time to time. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and has a touch of class.
The food is excellent, with beautiful presentation and a great flow of service; appetizers and food come out quick. Customers highly recommend trying the specials. While on the pricier side, dining at Hasu is a fantastic experience with great flavor that will satisfy any craving for fantastic chicken skewers.
