I had walked by Kihon countless times, but was hesitant to try it due to the font used for the name in kanji being so unauthentic. The sashimi and Nigiri here is really high quality and the selection is vast. Peter was amazing as he paced our dinner and provided information about the fish along the way. Can't wait to come back!

The food here is on another level. I found you can't order from the sushi chefs at the bar. So there's that. But the utterly unique and delicious food mire than makes up for that & the sports bar noise.
