My recent visit to Gushiya Sushi & Izakaya was an absolute delight. The warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The extensive menu impressed me with its diverse selection of sushi and izakaya dishes, each masterfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The sushi, in particular, stood out for its freshness and presentation. The izakaya options offered a delightful variety of small plates, ideal for sharing and savoring a range of tastes.
It has been my experience that very few spots can master sushi AND ramen. The ramen here is decent. Since I ordered the spicy miso, I can say I tasted the spice but not much of anything else. No depth of any other flavors. A good ramen should have layers of flavors. I did really enjoy the sushi. That was delicious. Fresh and generous with the portions. Decent price. I would definitely return.
