Hidden gem. Can't wait to be back!
I stopped by Shirubē on Saturday night around 8 pm and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was lively, but not overwhelming, with a fun mix of locals and tourists. What really stood out was the incredible karaoke selection – they have over 100 songs to choose from! I ended up singing my heart out to a few Japanese classics in front of a crowd that politely clapped along – it's clear the staff is used to having big performances happen in this place.
Wow! I was so shocked how amazing this place was. I practically tried half menu and everything single thing was fresh, high-quality and flavorful.
